Yesterday I had the best customer service experience at this store. I had taken my niece in with me to get a few things and towards the end she was getting a little frustrated with me and wanted to leave, even tried to open the door and walk out. Even though I needed a few more things I told her that I just needed to pay and then we could go, she was not having it. The two gentlemen that were working really helped me out and went the extra mile, they offered her a lollipop and it completely distracted her. I will definitely be coming back! :)

First of all, I love health food stores and I feel that one of the things you get with more expensive all natural stores(I.e. Whole Foods, for Goodness Sake, etc.) is customer service. I’m not one to complain, I’ll go about by business and won’t give a second thought if a person doesn’t say hi or ask if I need help. Whatever. But… when I asked for help with the Omega 3 and different brands, the guy just looked at me funny and walked off. Excuse me… I feel as though For Goodness Sake is worth my time, as they won’t judge you on «Udo’s is better than so or so brand»…I think the store is great. A lot of good products, but perhaps nicer employees. Oh one more thing… the guy checking me out did not ask if I wanted to have a «data upkeep» to see what I buy. He did this without asking, and by the time he told me what I was doing – I was pissed off. Here’s a tip: –Say Hi to people when they come in. –Don’t ficking mess with their card when you didn’t even ask in the first place.

I recently came to this store looking for a specific detox concoction and I found it here. The store it self is pretty organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The lady who rang me up asked if it was my first time at the location and I replied that it was, at that point she introduced herself and shook my hand and proceeded to have small talk with me. There is nothing like good old fashioned customer service. I will be back again.

This place is fabulous. Through the advice of the owner, Bobbi, I was able to get my daughter off the surgery table after she had 3 sets of sinus surgies(before the age of 6) and had been under anesthia 8 different times. An all natural enzyme took care of the problem. The reason their vitamins/supplements cost more is because they are made of whole food so the body absorbs them more effectively. You get what you pay for.

This place has an excellent selection of vitamins and natural health care products but it is ridiculously expensive. I would give it more stars for good service and the amount of products but I just can’t pay more for products that are already expensive enough. They have a decent amount of food products but the produce section should pretty much be non existent because the produce 1. Looks terrible and 2. too expensive. The one thing I will go in here for though is their all natural Falafel chips. I have never seen them any where else and they are so good!

Huge footprint– the variety of product(both food and supplements) is amazing for the Leesburg area. Prices are comparable to what you’d find online and the store is loaded with samples and trail sizes of items. The owner went out of her way to special order supplements for me and they’ll be in hopefully early this week. Probably the only negative is that there is so much stock that it’s a bit overwhelming.
