Awful service. I came in when place was empty and was told they could take my daughter in 5 minutes. 30’minutes pass and they are taking in customers who came after and I can hear her asking for their phone number and name. By this time my daughter is getting upset. I ask how much longer before we are seen she said 10 – 15 min. I said why didnt you tell me that before. The lady said because I didn’t see the book. Ummmm then don’t tell me 5 min!!! I wouldn’t have waited if I knew there was a 45 minute wait. Awful awful service

I have been going here the last year since my old Hairdresser moved out of state. I like all the Stylist. When making an appointment I always ask prices for services. I had a full color, full highlights… loved everything! When presented with the bill (which I didn’t notice till I got home) I was charged for a service I did not ask for, a Chemical Fin. Glaze! This happens at several Salons, I wished the Receptionist had told me in advance!

Best Hair Cuttery I’ve been to. I went in for a conditioning treatment and a trim, and I was in and out of there within about 25 minutes! The woman who cut my hair was named Kim I believe, and she did a great job. Quick and to the point, and a quality cut and treatment. Prices are really good too. Not a luxury salon by any means, but if you want an affordable place for a reliable cut, this is your place.

Mandy has been doing my hair for almost a year now. I go every few months for color and cut. She always listens to what I want and offers suggestions on my hair type and color. I’ve never left disappointed. She does such a great job that my husband and son see her as well.

NEVER EVER going there again!!! When o had my original visit I was there for 4 hours. I’m thrilled she took her time but I came in wAnted black hair with blue tipping. They didn’t have enough of the color I wanted. By the way I was told this ½ wY through so I had no choice but to go with another color. I loved it in the end. I was told you’ll need a touch up I’ll do it for free come back. So I offered to go back the following Tuesday. She said I’ll be there. So I came in and was told she not here! I’ve called 2 times both times told call back she’s busy. All I asked was to make an appointment with her for the am both times. Finally I got her. It’s been two weeks since. My hair tips are no longer lavender blue they are brass and white. Looking terrible. Waste of my money and my time. After them treating my kids like crap now me. Yhea where done. My money is green anywhere I go so are other people’s

If you like your hair stay away. I asked for a tri and got butchered. They ignored my request and mangled my hair. A «trim» of my facial hair consisted of down to stubble. My only saving grace is it will grow back. Avoid this place if you care anything about your looks. Worst ever!!!

Sohaila did a wonderful job on my highlights and cut. I get so many compliments. She also did my eyebrow and my 10 year old daughters long hair. I highly recommend Sohaila.

Good place, I moved away from Lansdowne and still come out here to get my haircut. Ask for Emily, she’ll give you a great haircut.

I guess I am the lone ranger here in this case based on the previous reviews.
I had a very good experience with my hair cut at this location. I can agree that I have sat and waited at other locations but such was not the case here.
My stylist (Naseem) was fantastic and did a great job with my mop top and was very attentive.
Thumbs up from me.

Wasnt a bad place as the other lady was saying. Only haircut place i could find near the National Conference Center.
