Most of the staff are decent, but the store manager, Joey, is rude and an overgrown 5 year old. Worst customer service ever. I won’t be going back.

Went to buy a game that had a revised street release date. Got attitude from staff when he wasn’t willing to do some more research to verify what I was trying to tell him. Funny thing is the customer right before me exchanged some opened games without a receipt. Seems like he picks and chooses what he can and cannot do. After we got into a small argument I left the store and used a derogatory term. Not proud of it, but he was an arrogant and unhelpful. I went to the Dulles location and they sold me the game without any issues.

Could be better. I stopped in there a couple of months ago for a gift for my boyfriend and it was clean and organized but I got a little attitude from one of the staff members. They may have been having one of those days so I will probably give them another chance

These guys all know what they are talking about and are always honest and helpful. They know their games and always give great advice. Sometimes you can be in the store a little to long because they give to much advice. This happens in every gamestop though. These guys are great.

The good: amazing selection of used games and game systems and gaming accessories, really knowledgeable employees, nice trade-​in system so you don’t have to throw away your old stuff.
The not-​so-​good: really messy store, usually with an array of items piled on the floor in multiple spots; not a very big PC gaming section.
Overall, good value and a good spot to shop for everything video game-​related.

The are a good source for buying used games. But trying to sell your games to them is another story they don’t accept a lot of games and they only offer a small amount of money cash back. You get a better deal if you trade them in for other games as store credit.

A good shop with little turn over of employees. A good bunch of knowledgeable geeks who aren’t like Nick Burns, and are friendly and helpful with questions.
The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because they asked me if my pre-​order for WoW’s Wrath of the Lich King was for me in this method that said «YOU ARE OLD AND A WOMAN YOU CANNOT BE A GAMER». Ha.
