Computer Connection

Excellent service on my laptop computer! I had it back in less that two days with new parts and much faster. I highly recommend Wayne.

This guy is absolutely horrible. As another person already noted, the business is operated out of his home. He had my computer for over a week and in that time it was *I* who had to keep calling only to have his wife answer and state he was either out «on a call» or otherwise previously engaged.
It took him 3 days just to migrate my documents from the harddrive to a thumbdrive. Are you serious? Not only that, he tried to charge me $ 16 for a 8gb thumdrive when, on the phone, he stated I could bring a drive to put the documents on, which I did. He didn’t like that I complained about this and demanded a refund with me returning his thumbdrive. He did it, but with attitude, stating the charge was for the time and effort it took to put the documents on the thumbdrive and not the drive itself. Are you serious?
After me calling — continuously — I was finally able to get him to call me back only for him to say it wasn’t economically feasible for the laptop to be fixed… that genius conclusion took him over a week (10 days)?
Do *not* waste your time or money on this joke!

A little sketchy, located in the owners house. They say that this is a «low price» establishment. I paid $ 150, and got $ 15 worth of service. The guy had to order a new plastic hinge, then he glued it on to the computer. I’ll be damned if that is worth $ 150. Then, 3 weeks later, my computer broke in the same place he «repaired». I took it back to Computer connections, and the guy said that he had to take a look at it and will determine if he wants to go forward on it, make me pay more, or just not fix it at all. Well, luckily, he fixed it for free, which was the right thing to do. I will not return to this place.
