My realtor suggested I use Carolyn when purchasing my home in 2014. When I decided to refinance in 2015 the first person I contacted was Carolyn.
Carolyn knows her business well. Any question I posed to her was answered from what seemed off the top of her head and was always correct.
She is very responsive. Any question I had was almost immediately answered by email no matter the time of day. She walked me through every step of the process and explained it thoroughly. When I didn’t fully understand a concept she was always a quick phone call away.
Carolyn made me fell like I was her only client.
I will use Carolyn again for any mortgage finance need, and I will refer any friends or co-​workers to her.
