I liked this place mostly for the great, knowledgeable sales guy who could awnser all my questions, wasn’t pushy, gave me all options financially, and generally went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Give me Sears hometown Store over big box stores and the mall any day! They are always ready to help with any issue. Old fashioned good customer service… hard to find these days.

Went there to get a washer yesterday. Bought one that was the floor model. Got it home and it was loud when sensing the load. Never moved out of wash. When we pushed it into spin automatically it was loud and shaking violently. Didn’t even get it through a load. Took it back today… I paid cash but they couldn’t give me cash… didn’t have enough in the store. Put it on my debit and said it would be about 15 minutes until it showed up on the card. Over 2 hours later and money isn’t on card and I called my bank to be told they see nothing yet. I can’t go buy a washer elsewhere until the money is credited back. Called their 800 customer service number and was told it is processed on their end and nothing the could do. Called my bank for a second time and they see nothing but supposedly there is no processing on Sunday. Shouldn’t the store know that? I needed the money to buy a washer as we have sick animals that’s are throwing up. Our pile of clothes is high. I have 430 in limbo cause this store doesn’t have a safe cause its a hometown store the 800 number said. But the lies about getting my money back in 15 minutes is not customer service. It’s wrong that I was lied to all the way around. My mom also had asked before we bought it if we could lay it down in my car. Today when we returned it the old guy there got all pissy and said if we exchange it we won’t be laying it down in the back of her van cause that’s what probably ruined it. My Kia Sorento isn’t a van and your associate said it would be fine to do so before we bought it. Do not go here! Lies and rudeness all around

Went in January 2015. I own a Kenmore refrigerator, stove, 1 microwave/pizza oven and a dishwasher. My 15 year old GE microwave went out. I ran over an purchased another Kenmore because we had out of town company. The day it was installed the ad came out with a lower price. I went in and was told they were not associated with Sears and did not have to abide by Sears policies and they could not refund the difference. Really! The 4 foot letters on the building say SEARS. I thought Kenmore was exclusive to SEARS. Your shirt says SEARS and the ad says SEARS. Now I am worried they sell seconds or re-conditioned. VERYDISAPPOINTED! I have been a Sears Customer for over 35 years. The next appliance will be another brand and NOT be purchased from Sears.
