Not sure just yet. Was billed as a specialist. If I wanted to see a specialist, I would have made an appointment with a specialist and not gone to a med express office.

DO NOT GO TO MEDEXPRESS!!! Dr. Seid grabbed my 4 year old’s face and slammed it into the table twice before I was able to grab her and the nurse yelled at him. He wanted her to lay down… words can’t even describe how horrible this place is…

Very quick. From arrival to departure under an hour. This was my first time here so I had to fill out a lot of forms. I didn’t like how they showed me the forms then asked me to sign on a pad without seeing where on the screen I was singing — they stated three were hipa forms but I had no idea what I was actually signing. The first person I met was a nurse she did he usual — blood pressure, temp etc. I liked the way they didn’t use a machine blood pressure cuff. The nurse actually counted — loved that. The nurse also used a under the tongue thermometer — not a forehead. She was very nice. I next met the doctor — she was very nice and thorough. Last was the individual who was going to take swab for a strep test. All in all everyone was polite and to the point. I loved the fact I didn’t need an apt and still had great service!
