The wait in the drive through was 15 minutes!!! annnnd they didn’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge their lack of efficiency and apologize with a simple «I’m sorry for your wait» or anything.
All I got was a hot dog and fries. and then there was mustard on my hotdog, which was not picture or described and I was not asked if I wanted it.

I was crazy enough to give this restaurant another try. Every single time we go they mess our order up. If you complain they don’t apologize but just stare at you. Not going to get fooled again!!! It’s not inexpensive to feed a family of 4 here so at least deliver excellent customer service!!!
Save yourself from the frustration!!!

Food was good, problem was with the waitress (Kaitlyn M). Got my food order in decent time, but had to ask for my side of cheese twice, which she took down with the order. No refills and never stopped back after food was brought out. I was only a single party, maybe she cared more for the bigger head count tables. All the other waitresses seemed to be doing good with all their tables.

Dirt cheap, but the food was bad, the a server didn’t know anything about the menu, and the restrooms were the filthiest I’ve seen in an eating establishment, ever. They were so bad I was inspired to take my first Unilocal photo.

If you’re a fan of Steak n Shake, this is definitely one of the better ones! The food is delicious, and the take-​out service is quick & friendly. Restaurant is clean and they have plenty of parking. If you’re traveling through Indiana & you are craving Steak n Shake, stop at this one! Exit 140 off of I-​65.

I just had the WORST SERVICE EVER at this place. Took 20 mins to place order, 15 mins to get drinks, 45 mins to get food. Save yourself some trouble and GO ELSEWHERE!
