Safeway

This review is for the Pharmacy only.
For the last two years, I have been using the Safeway Pharmacy and I have been extremely disappointed with my many experiences in this shoddy pharmacy.
I am not exaggerating at all with the reasons why I say this which are as follows;
1)I have on several occasions spoken with someone in the pharmacy to have a RX or two refilled and she’s either forgotten to tell the pharmacist or just didn’t bother to.
2)On several occasions, two days after calling in refills through the automated system, they haven’t been ready (after the time that was specified that they would be).
3) I can’t even count how many times someone in there has «lost» my RX.
4)I was once given the wrong dosage of painkillers (could have ended very badly had I not checked the bottle). Being a very small and petite woman, the dosage probably would have caused a trip to the ER.
5) On numerous occasions my RXs have been «put back» well before 7 days.
6) Several times they’ve filled one RX that I had called in several days before, but not any of the others.
7) When I ask to speak to the pharmacy manager (about 6 times now), she’s oddly NEVER THERE.
Point is is that this by far the worst pharmacy that I have ever used. I think that I’d rather have my RXs filled by Paco on the corner of Pacific Ave and Sprague on Hilltop Tacoma.

I’ve been here a few times to get lunch. I need to stop. I’ve never seen a deli so unprepared for a lunch rush ever.

VERY SLOW! Everyone seems to busy to actually talk to the customer. Very rude and short with people. it’s been several times that I’ve seen it happen. Don’t waste your time here.

Cheap gas, beautiful and organized store, great meat at a good price, a bit pricey on other things.

Only place open after 10.
