McDonalds’s

I work second shift (3pm-​2am). They only accept cash… That is if they will take your order at all! This place needs to be shut down. It’s a disgrace to the McDonalds name… AND THAT’S SAYING A LOT!
Wish I could give it 0 stars! Seriously, they owe ME stars for all the hassle they have put me through!
Drive into Lebanon and hit the one on Main Street. They are pretty good there.

So I never eat fast food. Especially mc Donald’s. But tonight we were in a bind so we stopped here. Ordered my kids happy meals, both contained 2 bags of fries (?). Weird but ok… Now for my meal. Simple fried chicken sandwich with pickles and extra mayo. And orange juice.
My juice contained ice. Very odd but again, ok then. Got home got kids fed and went to eat. Open my sandwich and it’s a grilled chicken on a gross bun with not a speck of mayo or a single pickle.
Only thing that got this review 2 stars was the very pleasant girl with the white glasses who handed me my food.

Walked up to the counter expecting the usual McD’s greeting. Nothing. The cashier just fidgeted with the cups waiting for me to do something. So I didn’t do anything but stand there, which gave me a chance to review the entire menu. When she finally broke the silence with a «Hi,» I acted surprised like I hadn’t seen her standing there. I ordered my combo and swiped my card. She handed me the receipt and again said nothing. No thank you. No «We’ll have that ready for you in just a moment». Again, nothing. Several minutes passed by before my order was ready. She pushed it across the counter and walked away. No thank you. No condiment offering. Again nothing. I then asked for ketchup since there is no dispenser or condiment bar in the dining room. She pulled the whole container of ketchup packs out from under the counter and pushed it toward me. Now, slightly annoyed, I grabbed a handful of packets (it takes a million for large fries!), and she put the container back under the counter. Again, without saying a word. Maybe she had or is still having a spoon fed childhood, but the real world works hard for the money. I like to at least feel acknowledged if not appreciated when I swipe my card at your place of business. I parked my big rig on a side street and walked pass the Sonic to get my McD’s. Next time maybe I’ll save the walk and just eat at Sonic, or Subway, or Wendy’s, or any of the other options on this busy intersection. I’m sure they’ll be happy to greet me at their counters.

This is, by far, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited and I have visited McD’s all over the world. The facility is always dirty, the bathrooms are a mess and the inside service is slow and most always inaccurate. Drive thru is usually the best service to choose if you have to use this McDonald’s. The parking lot is always a zoo. It would be nice if the owners would see that tables and floors are clean along with the condiment bar being free of debris, food and flies. Nothing has ever changed in all the years this property has been up and running and I don’t see where this rating will help either!!!

A smaller-​sized McDonalds that is also attached to a gas station. I had gotten the gas next door, so this was my stop to log onto the free wi-​fi while making the minimum possible purchase (a bottle of water) and using the restroom. The restroom was only reasonably clean, but that’s why it’s good to be a dude — we don’t have to touch anything!
Wifi worked well, parking lot was easy to depart and get back onto the Interstate. Goodbye, Lebanon, TN!

Horrible always tales way to long for a drive in n CAUTION the soda here sucks! The dr pepper never has enough carbonation or syrup I’m not sure I just know it’s horrible!

Seems like they never have the fries ready… this time we couldn’t even get drink cups until we asked a 4^th time. Even the manager ignored our request. The store score was 95. Food was average

Incredibly slow and only one person running the front counter, despite many people standing around in the back, and all I ordered was a salad that was pre-​made. The salad that I received contained about half as much as I usually get.
What’s the deal, Mickey D’s?
