I have been visiting this shop for many years. They have a great variety of clothing and accessories. I can always find something to match my outfits for the day. The staff is very helpful too. It is located on the corner street across from the Bavarian Ritz hotel.

This is not a very welcoming store at all. It’s not enjoyable to shop here at all. There were signs saying to NOTTOUCH stuff unless you’re buying it, but I’m not going to buy something unless I know how much it costs. If you’re going to have signs that say don’t touch, then make sure that the prices are visible. Very uptight women working the counter, more interested in scolding people, huffing, and puffing, and rolling her eyes, than being nice, and helping customers feel welcome. I laugh at those who liked her clothes and purses, the purses are hideous, and worse than knock offs. This is a shop to pass up, trust me, she’ll spoil your mood in two seconds flat. Again, this was not a pleasant shopping experience, it NEVER has been.

We went to this store to browse their knick knacks. My girlfriend saw two magnetic, kissing pigs and put them together, and the sales rep snaps at us stating that we should separate the pigs as that is how they should be displayed. If they want the pigs separate, they should have a sign stating that. Of course this irritates us given the attitude of the rep. If you don’t want people touching your merchandise, then don’t put them on display. Then my mom wants to purchase some socks, and the sales reps states it is cash only. When asking for signs showing it is cash only, the sales rep gets an attitude about the signs. She also wouldn’t provide a receipt until we asked for one. It is standard practice to offer a receipt when one purchases goods. I would say they have a good selection of items, but they should lose the smarmy sales rep with the attitude. If the sales rep is the actual owner, then might I suggest looking for a different line of work. Tourism is what supports your business, so maybe next time you should have a friendlier attitude as shops like yours are a dime a dozen in Leavenworth.

Cute selection of gifts. I was very happy to find a few items with my daughter’s name on them, which is rare. However, once I was ready to make my purchase, the cash register was next to impossible to find as well as an employee to ring me up. Too much clutter by the register and not enough employees. There was only one girl working on a busy Friday afternoon.

Cute little store. LOTS of things inside. Very boutique like so the prices are a bit high but I saw worse at Leavenworth. Bought a super cute leopard purse. Excited to get to use it! To handicapped accessible which is kinda sad.

My daughter bought a stuffed animal with a missing part. She wrote a letter to the store after we returned home asking if she could get just the missing piece. The owner sent a new stuffed animal with a lovely card! Far and away exceeded my daughters hopes. She is thrilled and will be a loyal shopper there when we return.

Pricey purses and overpriced knicknacks. Typical tourist town store. Some of the kids liked it but most thought it was way to expensive — I agree.
