Requested to get my felt replaced on my dryer. They came out and serviced the dryer instead. As it turned out, the drum was off balance. The cost to fix it would have probably been more than it was worth. Instead of fixing it, they offered to «take it off my hands» and sell me another one, but waive my service call. 3 stars for convenience of getting used dryers, but service call didn’t address the original request.
