We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Melissa was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us purchase our home. She was always able to answer any questions we had. She was also very patient as we switched back and forth between wanting to buy a pre owned house to wanting to build a new home. She isn’t the type of realtor that just tries to sell you a house. She sales you a home. The place that is right for you and your family. I would recommend Melissa to anyone that is trying to buy or sell their home. Thanks again Melissa!

Melissa Martin helped me sell my home in Leander, Texas and did a wonderful job. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. She was always professional and worked above and beyond for me. She made suggestions on what to do to get the most money out of the house. She sold my home quickly with a wonderful offer. It was sold quickly and the transaction went smoothly. I would absolutely use Melissa Martin again.

Melissa was very kind and patient as we made the decision to sell our home. She was very expedient with communication whether it be email text or phone Call which was definitely appreciated. She took care of all the details (never would have known to use a stager or whom to call!) and a professional photographer. Needless to say we had an offer two days after hitting the market!
She carried the same knowledge and professionalism to the build of our new home. She had no issues talking to the builder regarding status of I didn’t feel they were communicating enough.
I found it super helpful that #1 Melissa lives in the area and was familiar with the market here, and #2.when the stress of buying or selling any home was affecting me she was still calm and focused!
I’ve had friends in the area have some not so great experiences with their realtor — that was definitely not the case for us. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Leander/​cedar park!
