Cen-Tex Plaster

3 years ago we had Cen-​Tex Plaster redone our whole pool and the following year the tiles fail and dropped. They came to fixed it but this is the 2^nd time the same area the tiles fail and dropped again. They just can not do the tile job right and they claim their tile guy is their BEST tile guy in town. (They could not do the job right and they have to hire their competitor to do their tile job and we end up have tiles falling every year.)
Warning~~~~Stay away from this company!!!

Disappointing so far! We were told our pool will be started in the end of March to beginning of April and will total take 7 to 10 working days for this job but pool did not start until 5/​15/​2014. We understand there were few raining days but delay start and many ½ day or few hours work has interfere with our schedule. But we have to say our salesmen (Rob) is very nice guy to work with so far.
Here are the days and hours this «prop guy» worked so far.
Day 1 (5÷15÷2014): Draining (holes hooked up and drained overnight)
* Day 2 (5÷16÷2014): 7AM ~ 1:30pm
* Day 3 (5÷17÷2014): 8am ~ 1:30pm (left in front of the homeowners but did not tell the homeowners that he was leaving. Irony, he told our tree service guys he was leaving and will be back on Monday.)
Day 4 (5÷19÷2014): 10:20am ~ 6:15pm (brought a 2^nd guy)
* Day 5 (5÷20÷2014): 7:30am ~ 11:30am
* Day 6 (5÷21÷2014): 8:10am ~ 9:00am
This guy worked for 5 days (not includes Day 1 for draining) so far but 2 days are ½ day. Day 5 & 6 worked for 4 hours and 1 hour. He took more break than real work time. From Day 1 to Day 6 only for the prop work and still is not finish for the prop yet.
There are copping, titles and plaster still waiting need to be done. No words from the company what the homeowners should be expect from this big investment

Cen-​Tex Plaster just completed a re-​plaster job on our pool. They were the third company I called after having 2 previous companies fail to return calls or submit a bid for our job. We could not be more pleased with the process of working with Cen-​Tex. They were courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Their crew kept the job site extremely clean. Most importantly, they did an excellent job applying the new Pebble Sheen finish. I highly recommend them!
