1st time to ever rent a storage unit. Pat was so kind and friendly. We rented a climate controlled unit for a year +. Price was reasonable. I felt my belongings were kept safe and secure. Would rent again if needed.

I used Big & Safe Self Storage to store my extra belongings while I staged my house for sale. They had an air conditioned 10×10 ft space which worked perfectly. The property and units are kept very clean. All the staff were very friendly and responded to correspondence same to next day depending on the contact time. Each person gets their own pin number for the keypad. The pin is used to both enter and exit the gate as well as to enter the AC units which are accessed from inside the building vs non-​AC units which have access doors on the outside of the building. This was my first time using a self storage facility and it couldn’t have gone better!

I have been using Big & Safe Storage for almost two years now and every complaint i have had has been tended too by the nice staff that work there. With any business you have hiccups and malfunctions but with Big and Safe I have complained about the Crickets that had died after they exterminated and it was swept up before I brought my second load.
Sometimes the doors malfunction but its usually after it rains and is fixed once some one notifies the office. Great assistance from the office which helped me replace a lock that a key was misplaced. Just recently I had got a new debit card and forgot to give them my new info and simply sent me and email and were very polite and understanding and didn’t charge me a late fee!
I would highly recomend Big and Safe storage on 2243 for all your extra junk that you know you should throw away but can’t seem to do it!
