The instructor has had multiple trainer jobs, which at least on two occasions left the position with very little notice. He was unsuccessful in his own pursuit of a training business. His claim to fame, in saying he invented the diamond push up is simply not the case. I seriously doubt he even knows how to do a diamond push up. Students beware.
