This is a great store with a always changing selection of women’s and men’s clothing, accessories, and sandal selection. I always find the cutest things!

Purchased a purse for my wife for Christmas and used a 15% off coupon.
Took purse back in to exchange it and Jennifer the manager which was extremely rude and lazy (sat in a chair and didn’t get up) refused to honor the coupon on the exchange and got belligerent with me about sales are final and since I used a coupon it was a sale and therefore I am lucky they are letting me exchange the item. Totally unprofessional and will never go back.
Update
Called and spoke to the owner Denise Taylor and she was on the same level as her unprofessional employee and refused to see any error in the issue and didn’t want to even try to save a future customer. This totally boggles me as if someone reaches out to the owner why they would not try to fix the problem. Her comments where you would have only saved $ 5 or $ 6 so what’s the issue. For $ 6 they just lost a customer which also led me to taking the time to write this review to warn future customers of this headache.

Only reason I came to check this place out was because it was listed as a TOMS retailer.
Selection is sparse and not even the latest styles. Meh.
Store itself, is not quite my cup of tea or maybe I’m just old. Style reminds me of indie/​surfer but just not quite hitting the mark of anything that would catch my attention.
