Horrible experience. They ruined my daughter’s hair color. She was there for hours and finally they said that she should come back 2 days later to work some more on it. She ended developing scabs on her skull. We ended up going to JC Penneys where they fixed the color and also had to re-​trim her hair, because the hair cut that she was given at Master Cut was uneven, looked all chopped up. I went by the next day to see the manager. Was told that she was not there. I explained what happened and gave them my tel no and asked to have the manager call me. To this day, the manager has not called. JC Penneys is where I will continue to go and BTW JC Penneys was LESS expensive. Abbie at JC Penneys is wonderful.
