I always used them for my store to re-​key if manager left or quit. Well I called them for an issue with a door handle on my storage unit. He showed up and it took him less than 5 min to fix the issue no parts no replacement handle. The bill total ?? ABSURD 65 $ trip fee and $ 50 labor fee total $ 115. I called told him that was absurd and he said its always a trip fee of 65 $ and then minimum labor fee of $ 50! Doesn’t seem to be the case by the looks of this other review david paid $ 55 to get into his house??? No trip fee just a labor cost? Just ridiculous this is how you lose customers I have been using them over 5 yrs and won’t ever again because of this and the guy that answered the phone didn’t seem to care!

I called them on Thanksgiving because I was locked out of my house. He told me that it would cost $ 125.00 because of the holiday rate. I waited and called them the next day. He is quick! And fast (less than a minute). And he charged me $ 55 dollars to get into my place.
I gave him 5 stars because I could tell he didn’t want to ask one of his employees to leave their families just to open a door. Additionally, upon payment, he wanted to physically see my id, he would just look at it though the wallet. This man cares about taking care of the customer, but he really cares about his employees. That is a true professional.

Very quick and fast service. Their task was completed with no damage to my property. Locksmith was at my house with in ten minutes of me calling him.
