I was disappointed in this stores return policy. A friend purchased a Targus wireless shower speaker. It was a gift so I did not have a receipt. The charger did not hook up properly so I wished to exchange it for another one. I was told they could not do and exchange but would give me store credit for 20% of what the item cost. Needless to say, I now have a bluetooth speaker that will not charge. I guess I will have to try the manufacture. Neat store, just wish they had better customer service, or store policies.

Had a very pleasant shopping experience today. Went in looking for a bookcase (not knowing they didn’t carry them in the stores) and Amanda was such a great help! She was very patient with me as we scrolled online looking for the perfect bookcase. Customer service went above and beyond my expectations!

Generic, groundhog day, déjà vu, BTDT, same ol, same ol, seen one seen them all, BB&B. Just like all the rest and I LOVE IT. Really great. The one thing about this place is you want it to be consistant no matter where you have one, or at least I do. Well stocked well mainatained good customer service, clean friendly etc.
Great store! Nuff said! Moving on!

Love bed bath and beyond! Any location! If you don’t know what this place is, then your missing out. Kitchen. Bathroom, bedroom, organization, fans, curtains, if they don’t have it then you don’t need it!
