Subway

Stopped in before concert. My wife ordered BMT and only wanted onion and lettuce added. When she asked for a little more lettuce they said would be 75 cents more. I told them we were not paying extra for it and to take it off which they did. I asked for manager or owner to discuss with them. Neither available. I told the guy to let owner know that we would never be back. No stars for this place. Subway Corp should not franchise to people like this.

This place should shut down… Does owner know how bad the employees are? As other reviewer this place is so rude and doesn’t give shit about customer. Came here and order foot long Italian with ham on a oven. After they put a ham and cheese they straight goes to put a Lettuce and tomatoes. I ask them I thought I told you to put in a oven. And the worker say he forgot it??? That was only less than 20 sec… And I told them I want it to be a oven. after that I was shock what he just did… He put my sandwich that has ham, cheese, lettuce and a tomatoes straight to a oven. So I stop a worker and ask him what he doing? and he told me «you want this on oven» and I told him yeah u should put in oven before you put it on lettuce and he told me well it’s already happen. So I just pause and get out and went other place.

I now know why everyone at my office drives 3 miles to go to the other subway in suwanee. So rude, so cheap, and talked badly of customers who were in front of me when they left… paying customers… I asked for one modification to a sub for my co-​worker and they openly spoke badly of him and asked if he was my boss bc then they would make sure they made it right. They up charged a 6 in sub up to 9 $!! At every other subway it’s always been 5 and change. It would also make a difference if the employees looked up and possibly smiled one time. I’m sorry I bothered them with my business.

DO NOT GO HERE. They charge extra for flatbread (even though it doesn’t say on their sign that it costs extra and IT DOESN’T COST EXTRA ANYWHERE ELSE), they don’t care about their customers. They even have their doors locked for breakfast if they don’t feel like working and won’t let you in. The employees are rude. The owner is rude. ANY SUBWAY BUT HIS ONE!

Pathetic service. Worker behind the counter is owner/​operator and doesn’t want to hear that she could possibly prepare a sandwich wrong. I asked for no onions/peppers.but they were there. When I politely went back and asked for another sandwich, I got no apology. but was told that I ordered something I didn’t. She even referenced the state troopers that were there eating while I ordered and said «Those officers that were here would tell you what you ordered».like that was suppose to intimidate me. On top of that… very cheap on the toppings and didn’t once look at me while taking my money. Perhaps if she paid a little more attention, I would have gotten my sandwich the way I asked for it and I wouldn’t have ended up going to Quizos down the street… which, I may add was excellent. Do yourself a favor and don’t even give this place a try.

I’ve become somewhat of a regular at this Subway. The staff is very kind, but often rushed as it is usually busy. If you come in when they are not too busy they will almost always talk to you and see how your doing. Food is the same as all subways. The dining area is always clean and they usually are cleaning more while I come (I usually take a late lunch). I always enjoy when there are police eating here as well, makes me feel safe. Great Place, Great People.

You have Unilocal find another Subway! Service is poor, lady was rude, skimp on the meat and the veggies. Just don’t do it!

Excellent food and Service! I have been to his Subway several times after Soccer games. Always provided with quick, courteous service.

Great Subway! The food is fresh and the staff is attentive and accommodating. I have been here several times but this past weekend, I ordered several breakfast sandwiches to go for a meeting and everything was prepared and ready as ordered. I will definitely use them for catering again.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Really rude service. The store was empty when I came in. I wanted to order the 2 dollar sub specials they were having. Lady proceeded to make my food. Skipped over the cheese. Gave me attitude when I asked for cheese saying its not part of it. I decided it was okay at that point. Moved on and she said it doesnt come with all the vegetables. Really rude service. Tons of attitude. No wonder why this place was empty. Its probably clean because no one goes here.
Do yourself a favor and go to the subway on lawrenceville suwanee rd. Only about a mile away and definitely much better service. The same sandwich that didnt come with the normal stuff did at that subway.
Definitely avoid this subway.

Definitely worst subway in town. Drive a little further and go to a better sub shop. Skimpy on ingredients. Rude and rushed service. Bread was stale. Sub was not tasty at all. Basically, a waste of my money and time.

Its subway. You get what you get. Staff is nice, store is clean, food is fresh. You don’t leave smelling like subway like you do at some locations. I’ve been to this location a several times and never noticed skimpy ingredients like the other reviewer said.

Horrible, skimpy on ingredients and charges if you want more veggies than they give you. Go to sugarloaf for subway.
