In February I purchased the da Vinci ascent from this shop and it worked amazingly with no issues. then finally I got the cursed bad battery, this was very frustrating as this unit is very efficient, I called davini and unfortunately they were unable to solve my problem. I called oz and spoke with PAtric. Discussed my issue with the unit and he said no problem. He returned my call and said the to come in the following day. I went in, we shook hands and he politely helped with getting me a new ascent. Thank you PAtric for all your help your knowledgeable about your products and respond in a timely manner.

I went in after the e-cigarette I bought online crapped out after 2 days hoping to find a solution. There was only one guy working but he was super helpful, very well versed, and took his time helping me figure out why it wasn’t working and what I needed to do to fix the problem. I went in there only wanting to spend a few dollars to replace a part but walked out spending $ 20 on a new tank and a new bottle of absolutely fantastic liquid. I’ll be going back soon to buy my boyfriend one of the starter setups he showed me while I was there and will definitely be going back here instead of shopping online like I was doing before.
