The worst service ever! From the server to the manager, the service was terrible. We waited over an hour for a burger and a salad and finally cancelled them because it was taking to long. No offer to comp the kids food or anything else. Terrible. Will not come back to this location.

I ordered the Panko Shrimp and Cod. Apparently they are short staffed or the waitresses are spread to thin because our waitress did not tend to our table enough. She did not bring us our drinks or food and only stopped by once during our meal. My food wasn’t warm and they forgot my broccoli. By time I realized my broccoli was not here, my waitress was no where in sight. I never got my broccoli but I got s discount on my food. O’Charley’s used to have good service and food but after this, I’d be ok if I never came back. Update. My discount was 10%($ 1.35) I would’ve preferred by broccoli.

We had a team meeting here after practice. I haven’t been to this location since I worked in Suwanee. The spinach & artichoke dip was good. The chips were so greasy. I told the server & she changed them. The fish & shrimp was off the chain! I loved it! The food was filling & worth the price. I will def be back with the crew!

Our waitress was polite and prompt with drinks and rolls. What she couldn’t control was the kitchen – they are impossibly slow! My first meal was unavailable, so I asked for something else.(Why they didn’t notify the waitstaff of this in advance is beyond me.) I ordered chipotle chicken fingers and the other orders were chicken fingers and a salad. How long does it take to make chicken fingers and salads? Almost no time. But we had to wait a long while, and when my chicken fingers arrived, they were room temperature and the fries were barely warm. To their credit, they made a fresh new plate and they ended up good. But I had to wait even longer for a meal that would have been quicker elsewhere. Pros: Friendly and prompt waitstaff Cons: Kitchen that is slow and seems to lack competence.

I guess we went on a kinda busy night. The waitress was ok, I think she had too many tables to keep up with though. Food was good. The seating was just too tightly put together. Would be better I’m sure during a week day or night.

I normally just pick up to-Gos from here. I always have to go inside so to me the curb side to go is a unless service. But the food has always been wonderful and correct.

I always come here on a random weekday before 5, because it’s basically empty. which could mean more attentive service and better quality food. The other day me and my boyfriend went. Our waitress was nice, which can make or break an experience for me.. I ordered the better cheddar burger with french fries. It was good and fresh. The fries were crispy, hot, and seasoned, as they should be. My boyfriend got the sirloin with two sides of bacon smashed potatoes. He loved it and it was stuffed lol. Everyone greeted us as we left. So, good job o’charley’s.

This rateing is for the service since I never tasted any food tonight, Went in looking so forward to getting the chopped steak dinner and to have a few drinks. Sat down waited a few mins we placed our drink order and appitizer order and sat for at least 15 mins and no drinks, called the manager over and she went and got the iced tea and rolls and told me the waiter was getting my drink from the bar right then, 5 mins later our waiter was 2 tables back taking another tables order. It was at this point we decided 20 mins was to long to wait on a mixed drink and we left.

Nicely surprised! Excellent service. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was very good. I had the sirloin which was ordered and served medium rare, it was a thick tasty 6 ounce cut. Salad was just okay but the asparagus was excellent! I’ll be back!

We had to wait forever for our food… They messed up the order and had to redo the whole thing over… The food is not all that great… bland tasting… The cocktails, rolls, and pie are good… I ordered a Chicken fried steak it was not flavorful it taste like a banquet frozen TV dinner the gravy was so thick it was like they scraped it out of a can and plopped it on my food the bacon mashed potatoes were stuck at the bottom with soggy bacon in it yuck… Dog Food…

The kitchen was slow. We were starving and waited a hour after ordering our food. The food was not worth the wait. I ordered cod and it was nothing special. My daughters chicken fried steak was cooked hard and the gravy was awful. My younger daughter had a hamburger and it was dead and over cooked. This was my first and last time eating at this location. The waitress was nice but not informative as to what was going on with our food. The Manager was nice and he apologized and discounted our ticket. But the food was not cooked well.

In town for mother’s heart surgery and after 18 hour days, we look for a comfortable, laid back place, to eat some decent food, unwind, and get some rest to get ready for another day. The team here did a great job accommodating this for us. Good food and service. Thank you!

If there was an option to put zero stars then I would. Took over 30 minutes to get our entrees. My parents and I just came to eat dinner here and my mom got grilled chicken with pasta. The piece of chicken was RAWINSIDE. She could BARELYCUTIT because it was still so chewy. After finishing most of my fried chicken salad, I found a long black HAIR on the bottom of my plate under the food. WONTBECOMINGBACKHEREAGAIN. DOUBLECHECKYOURFOODBEFOREEATINGHERE.

My experience was not good. Bad service, not organized, and not clean. I was there on 2/15/15.i had limited time and did not want to stay there too long. I placed the order as soon as i sat down. It took way too long to get my order but finally when i got it, they brought something else not what i ordered. The waitress said she will get it right this time. We had to wait again for so long, then they brought a wrong order again. The manager came and asked me to give hjm a third chance but i said nooooo. I was too busy and been there more than an hour waiting for my food. I went mcdonalds grive through instead

Very good food. everything was hot. service was prompt and courteous. we had a long wait for a table but we had a larger group and they only have a few tables to accommodate groups more than 6. menu is almost too big making it hard to decide upon what to order.

The first time that I had ever dined at O’Charley’s was years ago and I don’t remember being too impressed with the place so I never went back. I decided to try O’Charley’s out again when I saw their prime rib commercial on TV. $ 12.99/person for an 8 oz. prime rib with one side/person and one shared appetizer. My husband and I went on a Friday night and it was busy but we were able to be seated right away. It took a few minutes for our server to come by to greet us but he was apologetic so it wasn’t a big deal. He took our order and brought out some fresh, hot rolls shortly after. I started off with their sour cherry julep. It was a little heavy on the whiskey which isn’t a bad thing but I didn’t really taste the«sour cherry» part of it. For our entrees, we both decided to have the prime rib special and went with the fried pickles for our app. The pickles were pretty good, not the best I’ve ever had, but good. I went with the bacon smashed potatoes for my side and my husband got the cheesy grits. My potatoes were just ok, I would’ve preferred garlic potatoes but that wasn’t an option. The cheesy grits were pretty tasty. My prime rib was good and cooked just the way I like it, rare. Overall my dining experience was good. I really enjoyed their rolls and the prime rib and our server was attentive. My only gripe is that the sides portions were a little small.

So I have eaten here in the past and it was nothing memorable; but I have to say that after eating here several times again now over the course of the last year or so, I can honestly say this location is pretty good. Nothing I have had off the menu is bad and no matter what my friends get, they all seem to enjoy their meals as well. The place seems clean and the staff is friendly and very attentive. I have added this location back onto my places to visit somewhat regularly. I mean compared to similar types of places, i.e. Applebee’s, TGIF’s, or Chili’s, this place has just as much merit and deserves to be added into your rotation.

Here’s the skinny… I just don’t have it in me to give this type of chain restaurant more than three stars, but I’d say it is a cut above Chilis and the like. I’m not saying it’s so much better than your average chain, but it is better. I was very impressed by the service here. They seem to care about doing a good job. And the food ain’t bad either. I probably won’t be going back because I don’t venture outside the perimeter very often if it’s not work related, but it may be one of the better options in the area.
