My boyfriend and I came in today, both planning to purchase new glasses. It was a good 30 or so minutes of waiting without even being spoken to. Then, they went to help a man who had been waiting maybe 5 minutes first. Still didn’t even speak to us. No thanks. I’m not spending hundreds of dollars somewhere people don’t even acknowledge you. I’ll take my business literally anywhere else.

I have very little to say that would be positive outside of Dr. Day being awesome … My family and I all had eye appointments on 8÷4÷15, they all received their glasses the same day, but due to all of the features I needed and wanted, I was told that mine would be in by 8÷14÷15. I received a call on 8÷14÷15 that my ordered had been cancelled by the company creating my lenses because they didn’t have my frames in stock… wait, what??? Did you not send my frames with my order??? You assumed they would already have them ??? My order had been cancelled days before but no one knew you say? So who’s monitoring these orders??? So now I’m being told I have to wait another 2 weeks before my glasses are ready. My out of pocket was over $ 450 because of everything I wanted and needed for my eyes and in any case, there should be more diligence put into the care and monitoring of people’s orders. I have yet to receive my glasses, but even after the reviews I’ve read, I still gave them a chance because they were close to my home. I’m willing to give them a chance to redeem themselves before I take my business elsewhere. Will update my review after I order my sunglasses…

My experience here was exceptional. Dr. Day, Dr. Eid, Dr. Cohen and the rest of the team helped me through some difficult surgery and handled all of my follow ups in a timely, professional way. The medical receptionist, Michelle, is one of the best in the business. The way she handles patients is amazing. I will always go back there for anything eye related.

The staff is incompetent with the exception of Tiffany. It took a month and 5 employee to find my lost files for my contacts. I finally spoke to Tiffany and she fixed the issue within ten minutes! If you have to go there only speak with her. She’s the one with the incredible smile and personality

The level of service and compassion I experienced today surpassed my highest hopes. I was purchasing glasses for a home-bound friend. It was a difficult situation that the associates made very pleasant. My friend was very pleased with the glasses, the measurements for which had been gleaned from an old pair. I cannot say enough kind things about the staff at this store. A little compassion goes a very long way. Great work, Lens Crafters!

We have never really had a positive experience here. We found the optometrist to unfriendly with an attitude and we’ve spent far too many hours sitting in their waiting room. They were suppose to order my wife new contacts but never did. As a result we will be going elsewhere from now on. They also recommended a pair of glasses to my wife that had the nose(I don’t know what you call them… the feet? Posts?) pieces that never really fit properly on her face. Because she wears contacts most of the time it’s not an issue however she complains about how uncomfortable they are anytime she has to wear them now. Our friend goes to a different eye doctor and they strongly recommended she get a different pair for that exact reason… why couldn’t this place have done that for my wife??? Instead she spent $ 300+ on frames that aren’t comfortable(and we don’t have coverage). Our recommendation? Try another place.

I needed another pair of shades so I decided to try this place out today. To make a long story short I found what I wanted but it comes at a costly price depending on what you want. By the time I walked out of the store with the shades I wanted I ended up dropping $ 200 easy. They also do have a nice insurance plan where you pay $ 35 for the year and if you damage your shades in any kind of way you only pay $ 25 for replacement but some things are also free. It just depends what you end up doing to them. No it does not cover lost or stolen.

Long story short, I had my eye exam 4÷18÷2011 and I didn’t get my eyesglasses til 1.5 months later or even my «trial» contacts til 2 months later. Reason being: My orders had been«lost» and no one bothered to call me. I called them at 2 weeks and was told that it could take up to 4 weeks for my order to come in. When 4 weeks rolled around, I was told that it could take even longer… :L They did try to make up for the lost orders by providing a temporary lens for my glasses(It did not have anti reflective coating), and then offering me a discount on my co-pay. They also provided an extra pair of trial contact lenses as I waited for the correct trial pair of lenses to come in.(I have really bad astigmatism.) I’ll acknowledge the effort, so for that I give them 2 stars. But otherwise, it would have been in the negative star range.
