My son has a wide foot and his coach recommended Fleet Feet, we went in on a Sunday afternoon. The sales clerk fitted him for the cleat but did not have any in stock. Called me on Monday liked he promised to tell they did not get any in that day. Couple of days later, sales clerk called and said the cleats arrived. Just went out of their way to make sure were taken care of. Also, the sales clerk was very patient with an elderly lady when were there.

BEST customer service I’ve ever had a shoe store. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I got a complete evaluation. He didn’t just size my feet. He watched me walk to determine if I had any pronation. Who knew things like that were important!!! He recommended several shoes that would help with my pronation, and he carried three of those in wide widths. I cannot tell you how thrilled I was overall with my experience at Fleet Feet. It’s worth the drive from anywhere in the metro area just to get this level of customer service.

I was helped by a young lady by the name of Sarah. I got fitted at another Fleet Feet in Alabama a couple of years ago. Today I learned I was not fitted correctly and the run I just had proved it. Great place! Great staff!

Why aren’t more places like this? Where service is a given…
Greeted just getting into the door. Allowed to browse around. Asked again and I was ready.
Sized and fitted my feet to then be able to choose the right shoes. Even insisted on taking the shoes back off my feet after I tried them on, etc.
Tried 2 pairs, NB and Brooks. Was allowed to walk and run out in the parking lot in each pair and then with one on each foot. Where have you done that before?
Made my decision and checked out.
Pleasant and very friendly experience.
I’d come back for sure.

This is the best shoe/​running store I’ve ever been to. The staff is so friendly, I am truly impressed. They weren’t trying to sell me anything but instead were very helpful in explaining their insoles. I’ve never walked away so impressed and I have to agree with all the other reviewers. My only tip would be call for directions, they are in a bit of an odd location and maybe hard to find if you aren’t familiar with the area.

So happy to have found a great running store near my new ‘hood! I used to go to Fleet Feet in Decatur and Big Peach in Brookhaven, and those are still great shops, but the Fleet Feet in Lawrenceville is superb. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is great — the store is WAY bigger than it looks from the outside. They do a really brisk business on the weekends, so you may have to wait for assistance, but they will greet you and put your name on a list so you can browse and not worry about losing your place in line.

Awesome, Friendly, Professional Staff that really know their stuff. Their Tuesday Night Run Group every week is a great way to meet the various vendors and try new products plus meet local runners and share race tips and experiences.
