They screw up our order almost every time to the point we joke about it before we go… Errrr. DIDGO. Once we took a look at their restaurant score inside we turned around and left. We were drive thru customers before that. I really wish hey would post the score in the drive thru so you don’t get any surprises or stomachaches. The Ghetto staff that doesn’t know how to greet customers. Never again. Now Hardee’s is my flame broiled fast food choice or any other Burger King but this one.

I went thru the drive thru today. I didnt gave a good feeling cause not many people were there. But they were patient with me and answered my questions b4 i ordered. Were very polite to me and said yes ma’am. They got the order right and hot and fast. Cant ask 4more than that.

It’s a Burger King. I am not expecting J. Alexanders — and I am not paying for it either, though the floor was a bit sticky — the previous review that mentions no diet drinks, has been remedied with a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. The location does provide WiFi, which is a good bump, but otherwise i would call this middle-of-the-road fast food. Nothing more, nothing less.

A few excellent staff can’t save this location. The general manager has no clue how to staff the place. Example: at the start of weekday dinner time, there was ONE person prepping food and ONE person taking orders in the drive-thru and the front counter. With 2 people ahead of me, it took 20 minutes to get food from the time i arrived at the counter. And that food wasn’t good.
