Brilliant Bubbles Laundromat

My dryer broke, so I went to this laundromat until my dryer is repaired. When I entered, the gentleman working was very helpful and left his station to show me how to operate the appliances. A very clean facility with a welcome waiting area featuring toys for children and a television set. They also will help fold laundry for a very small fee if you need it.

I was trying to find a cheaper option than dry cleaning my five year-old’s comforter every time he messes it up. I accidentally drove by this place while looking for another laundromat in Lawrenceville (that evidently isn’t there anymore) and decided to just walk in and check if it would fit my needs. I had both of my kids with me, so I was a little nervous that it’s in a run-​down part of town. As soon as I walked in though, I was greeted in a very friendly (not creepy) way by the owner and two other employees behind the desk. They said that their machines were big enough for my comforter, no problem. They offered to set up the DVD player in the corner for my kids. I asked if it would be ok instead to leave the comforter there in the washer so I could get them lunch as it was close to noon. Then the owner said he would take care of it for me, estimated my cost, and asked if I would like a dryer sheet put in. Then asked if they could help me bring it in from the car. The girl behind the desk took my name and number and said she’d call me when it was ready, which she did, about 2.5 hours later.
The comforter came out looking and smelling clean. It cost me $ 6 instead of the $ 20 it’s been costing me to get it dry cleaned. I forgot that I had brought laundry soap and a dryer sheet with me because they were so friendly and ready to serve. They didn’t charge me for using their soap or dryer sheet.
The toys were pretty worn out and dirty, but it was nice that they had a little section for the kiddos if you had them with you and needed to stay awhile. I can’t comment on the way the machines worked or anything because I didn’t actually use them myself, but I was happy with the way the comforter came out, and more than pleased with the customer service. I was 100% wowed.

Love this place. The lady working there is so helpful and nice. I won’t go any where else! Everything is kept so clean and spotless.
