This place took $ 169($ 20 more than we were told over the phone after they looked at the computer) to do NOTHING on my son’s computer. They«fixed» it twice over a period of many WEEKS and each time we picked it up, it was doing the EXACT same thing that it was doing before taking it to them! The first time I wanted to pick up the computer after they«fixed» it, I called ahead to make sure that someone was there. They assured me that they were open, but when I showed up 15 minutes later, NOONE was there! I waited for an additional 15 minutes before I gave up. We finally took the computer to another shop who charged $ 50 to figure out the issue in a couple of days. This place is a joke.

First of all, is there a way I can give no stars at all? They don’t even deserve one star. Very unprofessional and deceiving. Seriously, take your computers else where if you want to see and use it again. I dropped off my Sony laptop on October 17th, 2013. They said they need to order a new motherboard and it will be ready by Monday. Costs more than $ 200. Fine, I gave them a week and went back to check on it because I didn’t hear from them. October 24th, they told me it’s not ready. Motherboard has arrived but they didn’t install it. It will be ready in two days. I got their phone number so I can call before wasting my trip going up there. I called on Saturday, they said it’s still not ready. This time, they said my laptop has other problems like liquid inside. He needs more time and will call back Monday to let me know the status. Monday comes, no call. It’s exactly been two weeks, I called to check on the status. I talked to the manager, asking him what’s going on? His first response, «You want me to fix it or not? If not, take it back.» I was like Excuse me? What kind if attitude is that? I called to try to find out what’s going on and be being so defensive. He then said that my laptop has pee inside and there are many other components broken. I said pee? What the heck? How is that impossible? I take really good care of the laptop and I opened the laptop myself before bringing it to him, there was no liquid. So, I asked him why they didn’t follow up with me? He’s response, «I have spent too much time on your laptop, when it’s ready I’ll call you and that might be next week.» I asked him if it’s fixable? His response again, «if I can fix it then it’s fixable, if not, you come pick it up.» Wow! Is this how a business people talk these days? Specially a manager, he might even be the owner. I told him, I’m filing a complaint. He’s last response, «you do whatever you want!» I just feel I’ve been deceived. Even though, I haven’t pay thank goodness, I feel my time was wasted and my laptop is a goner after all the evaluations he did. I probably have to save money to buy a new laptop because I doubt this one is functioning now after he evaluated. I will next time take it to geek squad or some other companies who talks to customers like crap. So rude! So unprofessional, and so inexperience.
