Aldis is basic but that is how it is supposed to be for a discount grocery store. The reason I like Aldis is that it is good for getting a discounted price on some of the basics, such as fresh vegetables. I don’t like some of their off brands, such as the dish soap. On the plus slide, they typically have discount priced European chocolates, such as chocolate covered marzipan logs from Germany for approx. 99 cents. If you like marzipan you may want to go to Aldis.

This Aldi location is older and smaller than some of the newer ones. Therefore it doesn’t carry as much as the new/bigger ones. But still a great place for all your ‘staple’ items!
