Had problem with my drain from house to street sewer so I called Roto-​Rooter. Ken, the representative, came to the house at the time stated he would, gave me a quote, not an estimate, and finished the job in the recommended time. I even downloaded a $ 40 discount which he immediately applied to the cost. Not only did he clear the blockage but did a video of the pipe’s condition… amazing! Would I recommend them… you bet I would!

Peter was excellent! He responded very promptly, gave me time to think about whether or not I wanted to have the service performed and the entire experience was a no pressure environment. He came out on a Tuesday night at 10:00 PM. He diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem and gave me a tutorial on how to prevent the problem in the future. The price was $ 399 for a main line drain snake. Check online for a coupon, could save you up to $ 40 big ones!
