I am a new member and have really been pleased so far. This location is calming and clean and everyone I have encountered there has been professional, courteous and skilled at what they do. (I particularly had a wonderful facial with Natasha today.) I also find the member benefits and pricing to be a great value. Their reasonable prices enable me to enjoy therapeutic things like massage and facials more often. Looking forward to visiting them again soon.

I got a facial and Emily was so wonderful. It was the best facial I’ve had. They massage your arms and sholder blades too. She convinced me to pick up one of their sun screens but didn’t go for a hard sell. She worked with the knowledge of the product line I use and gave suggestions which was great.

One massage therapist was really good. Dash was very experienced and knowledgeable, others are average or not good.
I had to move out of town, so had to cancel my membership, but the staffs made it so difficult to do so, they are still charging me money, so it’s basically 1 year commitment. Otherwise, if you move out or can’t continue coming to massage envy at any other location, you have to prove that you live more than 25 miles away from Massage envy. They will never refund money to you.
