Customer service lady is unhelpful and rude. Doesnt look you in the eye when talking to you. They failed at explaining my internet subscription fee. And then the customer support lady asked me to call the sales people to get more clarification. Unprofessional.

Super unreliable service, horrible customer service and dishonest salespeople who WILL rip you off and get away with their blatant lies and there’s not a thing you can do about it.
At this location, the Spanish broad behind the counter laughed when I informed her how unprofessional and nasty the latest of 12 technicians was when he was in my home. I was the wrong nationality, apparently.
You get a lot for your money, but the service just sucks. The boxes constantly need to be reset. If you have other options, run away from Comcast!
