Lush Hair Imports and Salons

I really didn’t want t post this review, however I have tired to contact Ms. Brianna, but with her goole voice number she has refused to answer my calls and texts. and I have been very patient and civil, thats why this review comes a month after service. I went to Brianna at Lush Hair Imports the week of Thanksgiving. I was scheduled for a 7:00am appointment because I needed to be in Las Vegas that evening for a flight to Mexico. I arrived in Lawndale at Brianna’s salon at 715am. I received a text message from Brianna that morning saying she was running behind dropping her car off at the BMW dealership. When She finally arrived at 815, the lights in her salon weren’t working and the place was freezing! I waited patiently as she and her boyfriend ran around trying to get organized. Finally it 930 and she’s finally getting to my hair, (mind you she has a conversation with her man about wether or not she’s hungry and if she has time to eat. Not wanting to be a jerk I tell her to have him bring her something back I don’t want her starving on my account.) She starts to take down my braid circle/​pattern when we are interrupted by the arrival of her food. She finally finishes my hair uninterrupted. I notice that she parted it on the wrong side, and she sold me 18,18,16, for 657.53, I measured. And I paid for 22,20,18. She uses cheap shampoo and she blow dried my hair instead of sitting me under the drier. As she washed the new extensions with cheap Dove shampoo I questioned why the hair looked as if it were tangling she explained it was just the was she was handling the hair and that I only wanted to use Dove on the hair and not the Unite or Morrocan Oil shampoo I was currently using. She had no explaination of why that was or how that made sense. Brianna has had weeks to reach back to me. I wasn’t rude in my messages or texts and I have kept record. My tracks are falling out, the hair is awful, it shorter then I wanted. And I can’t get a response from this woman. So disrespectful and awful customer service. I have plans to take her to small claims court. She will not continue to get away with this. Please go to your second choice! I had made an appointment with someone else, I wish I had gone to him!!! He had thousnds of reviews. Oh and she did mention the pictures on all her sites are OUTDATED!!! Ms. Brianna Please return my call. Thank you

I really hate having to write this review but what Brianna has resorted to is not cool. Over the years I would go to Bri occasionally for sew in services, the install was never great but also never bad (I would provide my own hair).I liked that in the beginning she would use high quality products on her clients (Joico). I moved out of town two years back but would pop in every blue moon to get my hair done. The last time I saw her was ok so I asked if she would do my moms hair. Bri offered a deal of hair as well as install, my mom loved the style the first week but began to notice the hair tangling and crawling up her neck. My mom was going to Bri for maintenance appointments and would express her concerns to Bri, Bri would basically brush it off and tell her to come every two weeks for deep conditioning treatments. My mom expressed to me often Bri wouldn’t allow her hair to dry all the way prior to styling so her extensions would be smelly/​dirty, Bri also began to use cheap Dove products on my moms hair. My mom came into town last week for the holidays and I got to see first hand the quality of work and hair provided by Bri. The braids were large and sloppy, the wefts weren’t sewn in correctly, and the hair was indeed a mess. I reached out to her for some sort of solution but have yet to hear back, this is extremely disheartening seeing as though I began to consider her a friend over the years. I wouldn’t suggest my worst enemy go to Bri for services or product purchases. Its very clear she doesn’t value her client base at this point in time.

THE FIVE STARS GO TO ASHELEE, She is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She has a great personality AND her work is amazing. For my sweet 16 last April, she did a partial weave in my hair and I loved it so much. Just today, she did a «versatile» weave in my hair and I love it even more. She always makes my hair look SO natural and it lasts a while, which is great! keeping her around for sure! oh, and her prices aren’t SKY HIGH

She braids well and NOT TIGHT (thank god!!!), uses weaving cap and is also good with closures.
Her salon is very clean, big and bright. It really is a relaxing environment.
It may be pricy, but it’s your hair. treat it the best. :)

OMG!!! Where do I even begin?! This salon is beyond AMAZING!!! I’m a client for life! Brianna is a stylist sent from Jesus himself :) Honestly though, I truly felt like a new woman after leaving this salon. Not only did my weave look celebrity beautiful, the hospitality Brianna shows is one of a kind. If you are looking for a stylist that not only does amazing weaves but also takes care of your natural hair, Brianna is your girl! And the reviews about her brazilian blow out are bogus! Brianna knows what she’s doing when it comes to those too! Make an appointment asap, and if you’re in need of some REAL, GOOD, Indian hair, she has that too! She’s a one stop shop! Love you Bri!!!
