Eric is by far the most professional and friendly locksmith I’ve ever dealt with. We locked ourselves out of our house and he was able to come over at short notice and get us back inside with no issues. He also offers re-​key services as well!

For me hiring a locksmith is normally a stressful thing, often its a time sensitive situation and you are at the mercy of fate if your locksmith is going to gouge you etc… Well, we called Lock Ops and Eric was here in 15 minutes with a full mobile shop to help get me sorted… no weird attitude, just professionalism and authority with his craft. He gave me the appropriate amount of advice when I asked for his opinion and I am beyond satisfied with his work. I’d recommend these guys to anyone looking for a fair, good & honest locksmith… in talking with him I also learned he is Army veteran… guessing his diligence and respectful nature came from his military background.

Matt from Lock Ops came within 15 minutes of my calling on a Sunday afternoon. They are a mobile business and I was impressed to see his nice set up with all the equipment and machinery all packed up in a van. As a small business owner myself, I truly appreciated his punctuality, honesty, customer service, and not over-​selling me on anything else but what needed to be done. I will call him again in a heart beat and will recommend his services to my friends and colleagues as it’s not always easy having strangers come into your home and changing all of your locks!
