I’ve been coming here for years to purchase my contact lenses and they are AMAZING! The prices are affordable which is a huge PLUS! The whole staff is friendly and have great customer service. The doctors are also great! They answer every question or concern I have with my eyes. I would recommend everyone to come here. You won’t be disappointed. :)

They are amazing!!! I had the same optometrist for years and I knew my prescription was wrong for years. THEY GOT IT RIGHT AND FOR THE RIGHT PRICE. I was amazed at how nice and honest they were. If people still did business like this, we would have a better world. They also did an amazing favor for a friend who was down on their luck and that’s why I wanted to give them business. I got wayyyyyyyyyy more than what I paid for. I will brag about them because they left a life long impression with quality honesty and a do the right thing in life attitude. Bless them and the team!!! New prescription new contacts new glasses for ¹⁄₃ the price with good people to give the business too. I was shocked at how busy they were and fast. I am no longer shocked they treat everyone like a friend.

I refuse to bring my business here any longer. I live in the area and have used this business for eyeglasses for a few members of my family, myself included. One day I was driving by and couldn’t help but see two of their employees shuffling a sweet homeless woman away from the side of their business barely giving her enough time to collect her bag from the ground. One of the men said «you’re scaring the old people, our customers». Which was entirely inappropriate to both the woman and their elderly clientele. I understand that people cannot sit/​live outside of a business however the way they treated this woman was inhumane and just degradingly rude. There was absolutely nothing scary about this woman. I wish I didn’t have to witness such an unnecessary hurtful act.

I bought my glasses here in December. They were expensive designer frames so when the arm hinge broke I brought them back to get them fixed or replaced. Anthony stepped in and helped me get a loaner pair until my pair would be ready so I wouldn’t be without glasses until they could get them fixed. Thank you! That is 5 star service

She is very knowledgeable and has a good «eye» for helping you find the right frames if you need her help ! No pressure to buy. I didn’t need an eye exam because I had a prescription but the exam is very affordable like $ 45! I paid more going to Walmart! I purchased a pair of suitable glasses for a great buy ! I will buy from them again !

I have been coming here for several years and had only good experiences. Always a fair price, greeted warmly and great service. Purchased a pair of Banana Republic glasses (off the half off rack so great deal!) almost five years ago and still in great shape. Never going anywhere else. very happy long term customer.

I’m so happy I decided to come here for my new frames and lenses. Prescription glasses are a big expense and I called many places complete eye care bear everyone by far.
I got a beautiful Ray-​ban frame, transition lens, scratch resistance and exam for $ 365! Amazing under my $ 400 budget and I say this because lens-​crafters same lens and exam would of been $ 375 without frames. Needless to say I saved some dough. If you’re lucky enough to get Jackie, she has a good eye for style and super patient.
And when they say an hr, it’s a hour and you got new frames and lenses. Thanks again everyone.

So I came here recommended by a friend. This place is super awesome, the staff is friendly and always attentive. Anthony took his time and walked us through everything we needed, he’s the best! We walked out with more than we expected which is a plus! We will def be back no questions asked. The best in the South Bay Area.

Complete Eye Care Center located at 17 001 Hawthorne Blvd, Lawndale is a great place for eyeglasses but also for the their professional service. Their prices are very reasonable and they guarantee their work.
I’m on my 3^rd pair of glasses purchased here. My first two pair have held up very well. The staff are excellent: Jackie (manager), Steven and Kevin. There is no pressuring but just professionalism by this staff.

Okay so I broke my glasses this past week so I went online and did some research I wanted the best price to replace my frames I broke. I ended up here but it was the greatest decision. I walked in and I was given so many options on frames and prices. The gentleman that helped me out was extremely helpful and kind made sure that everything was okay and even worked out a deal for me to get my glasses in less than 20 minutes which I was shocked about. Anyway best experience I am definitely coming back to get more glasses contacts sunglasses etc… Thank you guys so much!

The worst experience I’ve had in a while, i work Monday thru Friday from 9 – 5 so it’s very hard for me to do anything early on the week days but since I had ripped my last right eye contact at work that day I was down to one left eye contact (mind u I super blind) so I went to complete eyecare right after work because I checked on Unilocal to see what time they close, to get a refill on my one year supply contacts. when I got there it was 5:30 which the door says it’s closes at 6 o’clock there were six people in the office and the door was already locked so I knocked on the door and I got this man’s attention but he was on his cell phone he just stared at me and then walked away so then I locked eyes with this short Asian chubby old lady (looked like the Tech) and she hesitated to even come to the door, she yelled out what did I need and I told her I really need a pair of contacts because I was down to my last pair, she said she’s sorry but they are closed. I had to beg the lady, so she finally asked for my date of birth and last name (mind u I’m still waiting outside In the cold) she goes to her cabinet and gets my record she then starts talking to a lady for like 5 minutes, she finally comes to the door and yells out how am I going to pay? I start pulling out my wallet and tell her debit she then turns around and says No only cash, I then tell her Please let me go to the bank which is across the street and pull out the money, she says no and walks away. I get into my car drive as fast as I can to Chase and come right back this Fat guy is out outside holding the door open its 5:55p and I tell him I have the Cash, he then says sorry I can’t help you we are leaving, I again beg the fat guy for him to say No, they all walk out and avoided me I had no choice but to leave,. I will never be going back to that place.

Love this place. Me and my kids have come here for years. They are always pleasant and the staff is great. We have always had quality glasses or contacts fast and easy. Price is fair. Thanks.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service experience that I received at complete eye care center recently. This was my first time going here and it was really a pleasure, I will definitely be coming back. I worked with Anthony who was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I browsed the frames and asked questions, at the end of the day I feel like I got a great deal and was able to leave same day with my new glasses. Highly recommend for anyone in the market for eye-​care and/​or eye-​ware.

I have been going here for years. They have the best deals with very attentive staff. I’ve never had to wait a long time for an eye exam or picking up my glasses or contacts. I wish their selection of glasses was a bit better, but it’s never been an issue.

Eye check up only $ 65 with a purchased. 6 months supplies of air optic for $ 84. They need to order it and it will take few days. Will be back on Tuesday for pick up.

The customer service is excellent here. Kevin treated me like a valued customer, and not just another buck. My progressive, transitional, scotch guarded, Prada bifocals were ready in two hours!

This place is super legit!!! I had been needing a contact lens exam for over a year now, and I heard about the «contact lens exam/​year supply» deal… So I stopped by.
The staff was super helpful, and explained to me that if you have astigmatism that it will be more (it always is).
I was also in and out in roughly half an hour, from start (filling out paperwork, exam, prescription fill) to finish.
The lady who filled my prescription was also really kind and helpful as well. She even gave me a sample pair of the lenses to take home, and let me know I could exchange them for a different kind if they were uncomfortable (which they’re aren’t… At all). She also gave me a single pair of the name brand contacts I usually use (which are hella expensive, hard to find, and most likely being discontinued), with my current prescription to wear at my wedding in two weeks, so I can be as relaxed and as comfortable as I can on my wedding day. But honestly, I can’t tell the difference between the two… I’m currently wearing the lenses on this deal… And I feel like I’m wearing my regular acuvue advance ones!!! Oh, and some lens cleaning solution/​case. I didn’t have to go to Rite-​Aid or Target after to get it right away!!! Awesome!!!
Overall, I’m a super satisfied customer! I will definitely be frequenting this place when my yearly exams come up!!! So much more efficient than the culver city location time wise. Maybe I’ll go back to culver city with my new prescription for glasses though, they carry more frames are high end names I wear (RayBan, Prada, Coach, Oakley, etc).

I came in at around 430pm was out of there by 515 with my prescription glasses on… dr was very nice explained everything to me in detail which i love… Robert was able to make my prescription glasses in less than 10min! (8 minutes to be exact) THANKS ROBERT!!! That was amazing! Raul helped me choose the perfect frames and also gave me a great price Thank u Raul! Everyone here is very nice i felt welcome the whole time thank u guys so much i love love love my glasses!
