Don’t book Jenny she cancelled on me last minute saying she had daycare issues. I have health issues and a very busy work schedule so it hard to fit me to work out a time so o can get in to see a therapist. I guess it is my problem now to have to deal with my pain until I am off again… I was also a little disappointed that when they cancel they don’t try to do something more then offer you another appointment 5 hours later… I also arrive 15 minutes early and the therapist is never. On time… They start massage 10 minutes late and end it 5 minutes early so you only get a 45 minute massage.

I’m actually happy I did not look at the reviews previous to my visit. From the first time I called I experienced excellent customer service by Sheila and Camilla. My therapist was John and I was beyond impressed. Due to my profession I have been experiencing chronic pain of my back shoulders and neck. After just my first session I’m a believer!. Great personality and very knowledgable therapist! I did purchase a membership since I intent to come often. I do truly hope that the great service stays on point even after purchasing their membership. I will keep updating !

I’ve been at this location several times it’s very hard to get an appointment. Don’t bother to book online they’re just going to call you and tell you that your reservation cannot be fulfilled. It’s better to just call. I also have never been given a receipt. Receipts are needed if your FSA or HSA is paying for this message. I joined and I’ve been to several other locations…

The massage was terrible. I basically had lotion rubbed on my skin when I asked for deep tissue. Knowledge of muscle anatomy seemed lacking. Its always a bit hit or miss with ME but this was a laughable miss. Others talking about excessive time to change are correct. Of 50 minutes the massage was maybe 35.

Jasmine was her name. She was so helpful with information and product reviews and introduced me to this wicked candle that turns the melted wax into a body lotion! I’m in love! I was back the next day to buy a gift massage for a neighbor and I’ll be back in Jan for my first monthly appt. I can’t wait for some new me time!

The spa itself is very nice, since it is brand new. The front desk staff is nice and professional. I have been to this location twice. The first massage therapist I saw was very sweet, but then she started telling me about her life which started to become unrelaxing during the massage. However, that only lasted like 5 mins. Her performance was great though! The second time, I saw Dawn… which was a little bit more disappointing. She seemed as though she did not want to be there and a little cold. The vibe I got was she was ready for me to get in and get out. Not a good feeling, when your coming to relax. I will try a different location next month.

Nice staff, very clean. Only complaint is that I’ve been here multiple times, at least 10. I’ve NEVER started on time. EVER. But, of course, they end on time. They always give me 10+ minutes in the beginning and end to change. It takes me 30 seconds to change. This is the only ME that has done this. For example, my appt today is 4pm. It’s already 4:04 and I’m still in the serenity room. Too bad it’s the most convenient location.

Positives — Selina was awesome and I would highly recommend her. Negative– when we went in to schedule the message we were given miss information about their plans. Not sure if it lack of training or to make a sell. Staff, especially Kate was very nice when we went for the actual appointment.

Our service was horrible at Massage Envy. My 38 week pregnant wife and I had a massage scheduled for 11 — 12. My wife was getting a prenatal massage and I was going to get a regular one at the same time, a couples massage. We arrived 30 minutes early because we didn’t want to rush our time and it would give us some time to relax. Well when we arrived they had us fill out the paper work, which was not too bad. Maybe took 5 minutes. They sent us back to their«relaxation room» to wait for our massage therapists. Well after waiting for about 40 minutes they come to us around 11:20 and said they couldn’t do my wife’s prenatal massage till around 11:30 — 11:45. What was horrible even though our appointments were to start at 11, we would need to be done by 12 because they have other customers in line, so we needed to sacrifice our 1 hour massage to less then 15 minutes. What shocked me was they were going to still charge us the full charge if we wanted to do it. What is great is this is my second interaction with them. The first time was 2 days earlier where they credited my account because of their sarcastically excellent customer service. It’s amazing at the audacity and arrogance of this company blows my mind. I do give this promise to Massage Envy, I will make sure that everyone that I know will know our story and your poor customer service and how you fail at trying to correct your mistakes. You people almost made my 38 week pregnant wife cry and to me that makes you a horrible company. I really sarcastically appreciate you all wasting our time.
