The model homes look wonderful but it is an hassle to deal with the customer care team. Many promises are made by the team but never fulfilled. I have been waiting for 4 months to get my 30 day inspection problems fixed and no one calls you back when you e-​mail them and leave messages. Not satisfied with the customer care team.
