The cleanest places in the complex is the rental office and probably your apartment. I’ve noticed bugs in hallways and garbage dumpsters in common areas sometimes directly in front of resident windows. In the last 4 years the complex has drastically gone down hill. The garage stairwells and personal stairwells are filled with fecal matter and urine atleast once a week. The garabage collection service is a mess and many times you don’t even want to approach the trash room. Don’t use any of the public/​community restrooms, they aren’t sanitary (no soap) and the machines in the gym are all used, broken or work with missing parts. The garage doors and side doors are always broken (sometimes for more than a month.) The staff is friendly, but it is as if the residents exchanged a friendly staff for little to none maintenance.

Well, I’m going to have to drop my glowing review a bit. Our main gate has been broken for almost a month with no updates provided as to status of repair. Now if one wants to get to Rte. 1, they have to go out on Cherry Lane and either make an illegal u-​turn or add minutes to their morning commute by going into an office complex to turn around. Bummer!

Great amenities, great location, and staff are pretty great too. There isn’t anything uniquely beautiful about this place. It is new construction without much personality, but the apartments are clean, decently-​sized with nice-​sized kitchens, and you can’t hear the neighbors through the walls. This place is overpriced, but everything is overpriced in the DC area. I would recommend this place to people.
