These folks worked very hard on thanksgiving day and kept up with smiling faces and super human patience good job! Food was pretty good too – not special or deluxe but we all left satisfied with our choices!

Eh… Probably would have rated it higher had we not been expecting a Buffett like harrahs in Tahoe. Was doable but nothing spectacular.

Very good selection, weekend prices higher, but there seems to be more high end food offerings than on weekdays. NY strip steak while very very thin, was exceptional being as I requested rare and very tasty. Prime Rib was excellent. The bleu cheese salad dressing was off for my tastes. There was plenty more that I never sampled that also looked very appealing. I had to request a slice of Pecan Pie, it was hidden for some reason.

Warning this hotel’s manager called security on me my family and friends on labor day giving us a taste of ungratefully treat to its hotel costumers. We had come to this hotel for more than 15 years, but they didn’t care that didn’t matter when they called security to get us out of the office. We never won anything here either, didn’t realized til we moved on to the Aquarius were we got $ 2400. First night.

This used to be our favorite place to eat. Now it has gotten quite expensive to eat here. The seafood buffet on Friday’s is not what it used to be. $ 28.00 is a little too high. They don’t have the pliers to break the crab legs with. Instead you have plastic openers which are worthless. The selection is not what it used to be. Don’t think we will be eating here again.

A few years ago I considered this the best buffet in Laughlin but now, with obvious cost cutting due to Ceasar’s bankruptcy filing, they no longer have prime rib and have opted for dry roast beef. There is no white meat chicken any more but, if you ask for a piece of white meat they will find one. The one i got was exceedingly dried out. What a shame. On the other hand, the new Guy Fieri restaurant that replaced the fading Mexican restaurant, is spectacular. Go there for the trash can nachos and margaritas. Awesome! The two stars are for the staff that cares not the caliber of the food.

The 2’nd star is just for the poor waiter trying to make a living. He did all he could, thanks Eduardo. Set: picture a walking dead casting call. zombies every where you look. Cheap zombies. Zombies on oxygen pretending they are still alive. Cheap, no tipping demanding old Jew zombies. Stinky tobacco yellow stained fingers and teeth zombies. The living cast members are the exact opposite. Fat tattooed and morose.(Truthfully, I’m somewhere in the middle of the two, minus the tats) The food: at lunch time on a Friday. STALECRUSTYANDUNIMAGINITIVE The service. Thank God for some redeeming feature of this place, oh, the air conditioning was a blessing. Overpriced, all u can eat but why would you want to get that sick later, and libel to give you trichinosis. SAVEYOURMONEY, PAYFOR A CABANDGOSOMEPLACEELSE…

Never have I experienced a bad Harrah’s buffet. When I am travelling, the Harrah’s casino buffets give me confidence that I will have a positive buffet experience. For the record the Harrah’s-owned Rio Carnival World Buffet is my favorite buffet not only in Vegas but in the United States of America. As expected, my brother and I had a positive experience in Harrah’s French Market Square Buffet(abbreviated FMSB). It is a positive experience that I will share in this review. My brother and I had peaked into a couple of the Laughlin buffets, and FMSB truly won us over. FMSBB is a colossal room featuring two buffet islands. The central buffet island features desserts and salad. The long peripheral buffet line features foods of the world including Mexican, Mexican, Asian, American, and Italian. Throughout the week the theme and selection changes. If we were hungry enough to the point that we ate here yesterday on a Saturday night, we would of caught steak night which would of come out to around $ 20 with a Harrah’s-owned Rewards card. When we peaked in, the steak from the live station made me resent that I wasn’t too hungry. So, the night after which was Sunday, we experienced a typical night buffet that came out to less than $ 20 that was well spent. The lines leading to the FMSB on both weekend evenings were nonexistent. A friendly cashier greeted us and exchanged our money with the buffet receipts. A neat feature of FMSB is that the cashier asks you what you will be drinking. This is really advantageous because it prints on the receipt that the server looks at on the table. This system expedites the process of going directly to the buffet stations in lieu of waiting for the server to place your drink order. Furthermore, the cashier informed me that I could use my points to use toward the meal. The hostess was friendly and engaged me in conversation during the delay time that my brother paid for his food. The server was persistent and friendly. The food was both quantity and quality with more quality than quantity. Regardless that there is a generous number of places represented in the food stations, there were few foods represented. But tasty and good food. Just like the food represented on a couple of my plates. What was on my plate? There was California sushi rolls with Wasabi sauce that was the sole representation of sushi. There was peeled shrimp with cocktail sauce, an item that the worst buffet cannot destroy. From the Asian station there was lo mein, stir fry, and hot and sour soup. All good. From miscellaneous stations I’d put rice pilaf, potatoes, cole slaw, and bow tie pasta looking food on my plate. Ultimately when it came time for dessert, I’d have just enough room in my appetite for a few chocolate chip cookies. In addition to the food and service there are a few neat things that you can write up as buffet luxury. They are the utensil station and a self serve soda station. The neatest thing is that if you walked here from the Riverwalk casinos, you will burn off some of the calories. The walk between the Riverwalk casinos and Harrah’s requires climbing up and down a large hill that exposes Laughlin’s brutal hot temperatures. Walking toward Harrah’s on a light stomach you will become thirsty and hungry. Then walking back some of the calories will dissipate with the climbing and downhill walking. From both today’s and the March 2005 dining experience at FMSB, I continue to have confidence in the fact that Harrah’s-owned casinos have reputable buffets. It is a confidence that translates to a four star rating.

Umm… Yum! The selection of food to choose from was a bit overwhelming because there’s soooo much! It’s like, you have the down home American cooking, then the Chinese, then the Italian, then the Mexican, and the huge dessert section right in the middle. The hostesses were very kind, a little immature and gossiped the whole time we were there, but they weren’t that bad. The server that we had though… I wish I remembered her name because she was FABULOUS! She was always quick to refill drinks, remove plates, bring more napkins because I have a very messy 20 month old, and she brought him a bowl of Froot Loops when he was being super fussy. She was such a sweetheart and I really hope someone figures out who she is and gives her our compliments!

Above average buffet. I found that in most respects, Harrah’s in Laughlin tries hard to please the customer. Buffet selection was a bit above average and we were served by a waitress who was warm to us. As for price, our buffet was comped because we were with a blackjack player. The nice cakes that they had in the dessert section stick in my mind as a pleasant memory. In the casino, drink orders are taken on computer by someone whose job is only to take orders from players. Then a waitress takes the drinks to the players. The drinks do come rapidly compared to any place we have been in Las Vegas or Laughlin. We played slots, craps and blackjack and were served quite often with new drinks.

Just ok. Expensive and prime rib was tough and dry. Veggies were not worth eating. The dumpling I had from the Chinese section was good. Bread pudding was not even good. I’m sorry we spent money on this meal.

For Laughlin is the Buffet okay. I had for two Persons FREE Buffet Vouchers(Harrah’s Promotion). food was normal. The regular buffet price is around $ 15 and this price is okay for this selection and quality.

I really hate to put this review up but I feel there needs to be a warning to others. After years of coming to this buffet, we went last night and it was terrible! The food was overcooked, dried out and bland. The waitress was great, but then she doesn’t cook the food either. The prime rib wasn’t prime, it was like eating a shoe. They had beef stroganoff, that tasted so bad I just quit eating anything else. The food wasn’t even being kept hot. I really hope that the people in charge take this review to heart and turn things around, because this place used to be a favorite of ours!

This is one of my first times going to a buffet where I was actually happy with the quality of the food and with the attentiveness of the staff. Our waitress, Eva was so great. She made it seem like our needs were number one. I was not staying at this hotel but at the Aquarius and their buffet did not compare one bit. Thankfully my boyfriend checked trip advisor for the best buffet in Laughlin, it surely did not disappoint. They had such a big selection of tasty foods to choose from. From Italian to Asian the quality surpassed my expectations. Maybe it was because I went in with low hopes since my previous experience at another buffet wasn’t the greatest but the next time I’m here I will definitely be back. Not to mention how clean and fresh the whole buffet was as well! Thanks for making my first time at this buffet great.

What a disappointment this buffet has turned out to be. We have eaten here many times over the years and have watched it go downhill. This time it was full of issues and the worst it has ever been. The line was not long and it only had two groups in front of us. We waited a very long time in it. When it was finally our turn we were amazed. The employee asked if we had a player’s card and I said not on me. Then came the speech about how we should go and get one so we could get a discount. I explained I didn’t care about the price and once again this time with instructions on the location of the players card booth I was told I should go and get one to save money. Next was the questioning on if I was a veteran or not.(veterans day special) I got tired of the questions and pulled out my phone and checked in on Unilocal while I was talking to her. I finally got a little rude and told her I was hungry and just wanted to eat. OUCH $ 43 plus change for 2 for breakfast. Next came the drink orders. We ordered our drinks(one each) and were asked if that was it. At this point we were told that they were free so we could order more than that. I know this sounds petty but it was way over the top and very time consuming. The food at the buffet was pretty bad. I found most of the items were overcooked and very dry. This was once a very good buffet with great food. It was pretty obvious none of the employees behind the counter cared very much. The food was also mislabeled so at times it was a guess on what the food was trying to be. My last thing I really don’t like is the fact that with the price involved I have to get my own silverware. Customer service all the way around sucked here. My glass sat empty for some time before I was asked if I wanted more.

I wouldn’t say this was the best buffet I’ve ever had, but it’s certainly far from being the worst. Aside from the limited selection of soups, I thought it was okay. I didn’t have a favorite dish there, and certainly I wouldn’t come back either. There wasn’t anything that stood out and the deserts just looked awfully too sweet. I’m NOT Much Of A SWEET tooth SO If YOU are, They HAVE A Wide selection of pies waiting up for grabs.

The Fresh Market Square buffet was the highlight meal of our vacation. Even our picky 4 year old was having fun with all the choices! They literally have everything from a pizza oven kicking out fresh pizza, to mac n cheese, hand scooped ice cream, ribs, steaks and sushi. The staff was also all top notch, from our waitress who made sure my wife’s, very reasonably priced, champagne was always full to the staff at the dessert counter who saw me eyeing the sugar free brownies and noted that they had regular versions that were just not out on display yet! Good Looking out! If you are staying at other hotels, do yourself a favor and take the water taxi here as you will be too full to drive or walk anywhere after anyways!

Sat. Night Dinner Buffet with players card ran $ 16 The prime rib was delicious. Ask them to cut from the rare part of the new one. They will accommodate =) There isn’t that much seafood, but there is a lot of meat and a fairly large selection. They have hand scooped ice cream, root beer float station, a chocolate fountain to dip strawberries and marshmallows, and desserts they cut and serve to you as you ask for it, so it doesn’t get old and crusty. It is not as good as Las Vegas, but it is good for Laughlin.
