General Vending

This review has been a long time coming, as this company services and supplies the vending machines where I work, but not very well.
The biggest problem being the soda vending machine in our office is a junker and they know it, while it is a late model machine, the keypad has not functioned correctly in months. A replacement was supposed to be ordered, but I am unsure if it was ever installed. It’s hard to vend products when you can’t get them out of the machine. At least once over the summer the machines compressor suffered a leak. The snack machine is an old snack machine, it somewhat sucks and at times it barely vends.
I do not know if this is there fault or not, but the machine gets cleaned out quickly and they only come every two weeks (if that) to restock. On top of it being empty, you have to watch the expiration dates on the items in the soda and snack machines very carefully. They do offer a good variety of items, when the machines are stocked.
Several of the workers who have come to restock the machines have been less then enthusiastic. I cannot vouch if the company supplies our coffee products.
2015 update: General Vending no longer supplies the vending machines where I work. I will miss the Guers Iced Tea/​Green Tea/​Orange Drink and Keystone Party Mix, but not the unreliability of the often empty machines.
