The chalupa shells are ALWAYS cold!!! Or they throw old chalupa shells back in the fryer to warm them up like we’re not going to know. It’s gross. Why is it so hard to throw fresh shells in the fryer? I will wait the extra couple minutes for fresh food. The Cinnabon delights are always cold n hard like they been sitting for awhile. I have never gotten a fresh empanada from here either. I even ask if they can make the food fresh and they say yes but the food never is. Very disappointed! And they want more money for fast food jobs? What a joke!

Very good food! Service was quick and food was exceptional. I got the steak and potato boss wrap and it was filled with meat and all the fillings were evenly spread. The employee working (Miguel) was very friendly and helpful. Would definantly come back

Made a complaint online for my order not being correct was immediately called back and asked to come back to get it replaced free of charge. While I was waiting I decided to get a quesarito big box and the manager said not to worry it’s free, I was willing to pay but that was great customer service would of gave 5 stars but they did mess up my order but I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to this location for years, and today I stopped in and only wanted to purchase a Large cup of ice and they wanted to charge me $ 1.99. It’s over 104 degrees outside and I just wanted a large cup of ice. I will NEVER patron these idiots ever again… they couldn’t care less about their customer base. You only get 1-​star because I wasn’t able to give you ZERO.

I ordered $ 25 worth the food and in my nachos and my chalupa had a strand of hair in them, they need to wear hair nets to prevent that, also all the other times I have been there my food was sloppy.

Pulled into the drive way to get se food but was greeted by some rude guy who was definitely not happy to work here. Left without getting anything from here. Oh and I tried to ask for the manager so that I can complain. It turns out it was the manager himself. SMH.

Rude. I walked into this taco bell after a long day of work and 2 hours on the road. All the employees were sitting at the tables like they were customers. They acted like they were annoyed that I was there to purchase food. When I placed my order I asked for a simple substitution on my meal which I would have gladly paid more for since that is what I wanted to eat. The employee refused and told me he would not substitute my order. I explained to him that i would pay extra and he said he did not care and would not do it. I walked out. Save the grief and go to McDonalds down the street.

So much drama up In this Taco Bell I came here last night and I told the cashier that I don’t want tomato in my burrito and to grill my burritos. And they have failed that too. The manager got mad the employee and showed me so much attitude. I’m a regular customer how are you going to treat me like. I’m not a criminal and I’m from Las Vegas and I never experience this situation in Taco Bell in Vegas. My experience over here was terrible I wish I never came over here. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Bad Employees and service.

Lightening fast drive through. Even when there is a line they get you through quickly.
The bad part is that the chain keeps trying to evolve itself and their menu has way too many items to read through and choose from. Because they move cars through quickly, you hate to hold it up while you try to read the menu signs. Unlike Jack, you can’t see the menu sign until you are in position to order.
Ok food. Usually prompt courteous service.

Sure the dècor may be dated and the surounding area my look like a truck stop but this aging TB has heart! We come here fairly regularly and tend to dine in rather than take out.
Recently a delicious looking breakfast menu was added and I was SUPPOSED to wake early this morning to try but couldn’t find the heart to get out of my warm bed.
Menu is good. I stick to the classic crunchy tacos and those devilishly good Cinna-​Twists. I’m not too big on experiencing any of their newer fare. Their food always comes out looking like its supposed to. I like that, no surprises. Staff is always on the ball and quick to the draw. By the time I fill my drink my order has been called.
Jeeze. Now I’m craving Cinna-​Twists. BRB

Something is wrong with the food here. Everyone I have been here there is NOBODY eating here and the food always taste a little off. Like maybe it’s old or something. My husband and I even got sick a few times, easy to say I’ll never eat here again!

I remember I went through a Taco Bell phase one time where I just went to Taco Bell for a whole week ordering a supreme beef chalupa. Even after that phase, I wasn’t tired of Taco Bell. I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell forever! My cousins, aunts, and friends got their first job here believe it or not. My friends and I used to call it the Filipino Taco Bell cause it was mostly Filipinos working here haha. I still come here though when I’m craving for a chalupa but that’s rarely now.
