I recently relocated to upstate NY. Going through a divorce. I was in desperate need of getting my nails done and hair cut and colored. I called Image Salon because of all the great reviews. I will add another 5 star review. From the call to schedule the appointment (spoke to one of owners Paula) to after my nails and hair done everyone at this salon was wonderful!!! Made me feel so welcome. Jackie did my nails and took her time and my nails look great!!!
Sarah did my hair color came out perfect (as if she had been doing my hair for years) The cut was exactly what I had asked for. I am so glad I went to this salon and have made follow up appointments for both my nails and hair!

I go to the Image Studio for facials with Angela. She expertly adjusts the products to the current state of my skin in coordination with what is best to use based on the season/​current climate. I brought my son in for a facial because he is just starting to have teenage skin issues. She gave him very useful tips and instructions for skin care. The facial room is comfortable and inviting. It is such a relaxing experience.
The shop is nicely decorated and always clean and neat. It has an upscale feel without being snooty.

Came in for a Brazilian wax and a shellac manicure! Great experience, everyone was very sweet and professional. Prices are very reasonable and spa itself is very inviting and nice. So happy I found a great place in the area.

The stylists and skin specialists are outstanding. I have used Drew for hair color and styling, and Angie for facials for years. They always check in with me about what works well for me — and the results are fabulous! An added benefit is they are fun to work with. Can’t say enough about the Image Studio.

Jackie and Paula are fantastic waxing specialists. I’ve been going to them for years and have had only great experiences. As opposed to other places. They really know the best waxes and techniques and are very professional. I highly recommend them!

I get all of my facials with Angela. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, knowledgeable and affordable I would trust her with my skin before anyone. It’s a relaxing experience and if you’re not sure what kind of facial will best suit your skin type-​Just Ask Angela, she always helps my overworked skin look radiant and refreshed.
