This business may have a ton of fabric but the personnel who operate this business are DEFINITELY NOT courteous nor pleasant to a customer. They are rather abrupt and rude over the phone. In person, they will ignore you unless you beat them over the head with a BOLT!
Seriously, I’ve been here three times and have always experienced the same demeanor. I had to order fabric from them ONCE– No choice. Reason. it was a discontinued expensive fabric which was no longer offered by «ETHAN ALLEN»!
