This was my first Unilocal Elite event, and I must say that it has exceeded all of my expectations. I was completely amazed by the service, the food and drinks were delicious, and I was happy to meet other Unilocal Elite in the process! Such an amazing experience and I was so very honored to be a part of it. Here is what I thought about the dinner: As far as the drinks — I loved the White Sangria and the Ginger flip the most! Just sweet enough and very refreshing, and matter of fact — I am craving one right now. I wasn’t too much of a fan of the Red Sangria as I think there was just a little too much brandy, or maybe I was just still obsessing over the White Sangria that the Red never had a chance. For the food, my favorites were the Crispy Tuscan Tots, Housemade Chips & Dip, and the Brio burger. The tot’s had a great texture inside, almost like mashed potatoes. Really great flavor and great to start your meal with. The chips were crispy and delicious with the dip. The same chips were came with the burger and I kept dipping it in the onion dip. The burger was moist and full of flavor. Lastly, the bread pudding. I am a huge fan of bread pudding and this one looked to die for. The consistency looked very moist just like I like, however, I am allergic to nuts and couldn’t have any. I would, and have been, recommending Brio to my friends. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious and perfect for socializing. I will definitely be back!
