Whetten Orthodontics

I needed braces from the time I was 12 – 15 and dr. Whetten has been my orthodontist the entire time. Their staff is very friendly and they all know what they’re doing. I lost my retainer and left out of Vegas for over 2 years. After those two years those teeth moved quite a bit, but came back in got a new retainer and now my teeth are perfectly straight again. Doesn’t get better than that!

I went to Dr. Whetten (Lance, the father) for an ortho consultation. I am an adult who has never had braces, so I was a little nervous, but I’ve had a consult before and knew what to expect.
I waited for less than three minutes in the waiting room. I was greeted by a lovely woman who was going to take X-​rays/​Pictures of my mouth. She was warm, friendly, and made me feel at home.
When it came time for Dr. Whetten to see me, I was nervous about what he would say, the cost, length of treatment, and if he would go on and on about different kinds of braces and try to upsell me (like my last consult).
Dr. Whetten was clear, concise, friendly and warm (like the woman). He was no nonsense and fed me information straight like an adult, while still being open to questions. Their technology is modern and fast (a Mac lol) and it was easy to understand what they were going to do.
After, the woman returned to give me the financial as I braced for a blow. She gave the number, didn’t try to up sell me, asked what I was able to afford as a down payment, and calculated my monthly payment.
