I like how I’m able to run in & out so quickly & without any problems. Most the time the customer service is basic. But today for what ever reason, I really appreciated Billie’s customer service & attitude. She had a smile that I’ve been needing to see lately.

Amazing staff !!! Across the board. I have lived in the area since 2009 and I have never ever had an issue at this Walgreens. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you keep up the good work!

Better than the location on Warm Springs and Durango! This location always provides pretty good customer service and the store is always kept neat! The fact that you are greeted here and always asked do you need assistance goes a long way in my book! Whether it’s at the pharmacy or just in the regular retail store I’ve been very pleased! This location shall remain my primary choice until they start to slack on everything like the other one!

I suppose if you’re the Duke or Dutchess of a business you’re obligated to review… Not that I think people are going to bookmark this or anything, but here goes. I never ever ever shopped at Walgreens for anything other than prescriptions until 2014. I felt they were over priced and really couldn’t imagine who would waste their time there. And then… Dun da da! I randomly started Couponing, and my entire Walgreens perspective changed! I now shop Walgreens weekly, and I’m only slightly embarrassed to say I’m often seen shopping there multiple times a week! Some might say I’m a Walaholic. So here’s the lowdown on this Wags location. Annette in cosmetics is the sweetest, nicest, most patient and helpful cashier I’ve ever dealt with! She bar none, hands down makes this location my #1 favorite Walgreens on the West side(trust me I frequent them all). The management here is also very nice, they know me, smile and say hi not because they have to, but because they are genuinely happy to see me. This is my own little Cheers! Everyone at this location is friendly, they are helpful, and unlike other locations the sale tags are always properly marked. Now about those high prices… If you run in and grab something for convenience, which I’m sure most do, yes you’ll pay an arm and a leg, but that can be said of any store I suppose. However if you watch their sale flyer, check their monthly coupon book, and sign up for their rewards program and learn to use it, you’ll find there are TONS of items very cheap or even free *yes FREE*(after rewards i.e. points or Register Rewards). I get that not everyone coupons, but if you do you know Walgreens is a mainstay. This location has a designated clearance section where you’ll often find great name brand items for a fraction of the cost! Months ago I stocked up on Toni & Guy hair products they were closing out and actually made money on them after earning rewards points! One final tip: when buying food at any Walgreens, always check the expiration date as food items don’t turn over stock as often as drugs and personal care here. Happy shopping!

*** Unilocal100CHALLENGE30/100*** This is my go to store when I need to have a pit stop for milk or dishwashing soap perhaps. It’s clean and orderly, the staff is always willing to help you find whatever you need and offering their assistance. I haven’t tried their pharmacy service so can’t comment on that for now. They always have good sales both weekly and the ones you can get from their monthly coupon book. I’ve also availed of their photo service, that too was quick and pain free. They have a red box kiosk right outside which is a plus.

Convenient location for me. Prices are great, service is great! The only issue is the pharmacy drive thru is kinda slow. I had to go back twice to fill a prescription due to the long wait. Drive thru’s should have fast, efficient service. This location needs to work on that issue then I’ll add another star! :)

What is with all the complaints? You guys don’t know rude or incompetent until you have been to the silverado ranch location. THIS location rocks. Jamie and Michelle, the pharmacists, are both very friendly and helpful. They explain my meds to me fully and answer all my questions… I can have some doozies. The pharmacy techs here have always been nice & helpful. I once went in after having a biopsy at my drs. office across the street from them… he said it would be an hour wait but he would see what he could do. i had my meds 5 minutes later. Given the pain & discomfort I was in, i greatly appreciated the gesture. Another time I came in during my lunch break to pick up my meds I needed as I was leaving the country that night. it was a new med for me and Jamie took the time to go over it with me. i had a script on file i had forgotten about; in speaking with her about my trip and meds we decided to fill it. the phone to my boss was ringing to let her know i would be a few minutes late from lunch when Jamie handed me the script. In less than 2 minutes this went down. i was grateful. What I appreciated was Jamie calling me the day after I returned to the States to see how much trip was, as well as to see how the new meds were working. She is awesome! As for verification… you guys need to get a grip on reality. Prescription pads are stolen all the time, narcotic abuse is on thee rise. THESTATEOFNEVADA and FEDERALGOVERNMENT are dictating to pharmacists what they have to do before they can fill a narcotic script containing HYDROCODONE, and this means calling your doctor to confirm the script. This is not the pharmacist playing doctor, this is the pharmacist abiding by the law. This isnt about you and whether or not you have an addiction, this is about them keeping their job, their license, and their staying out of jail. There is so much more to this than what i have written… to include not filling a script that could have a FATAL reaction with what you currently take. Frustrating? Absolutely. But give them a break. They are doing their job, complying with the law, and ultimately, NOT wanting to kill you. On another note… this is not Mcdonalds, where the priority is the drive thru. The drive thru does not guarantee you will be dealt with faster than those who are in the store. Quit your whinging and use some common sense. If you are in a hurry then park your car and walk in… that is the quickest way you will get your scripts.

The drive through service SUCKS!!! Always in line FOREVER. Why I keep going back, no idea. Literally in line at a drive through for at least 10 minutes every single time. Horrible.

I’ve been going to this Walgreens since its closest to where I live. The service is hit and miss, and when I go fill my prescriptions they tell me it’ll be the next day, then I call later in the day and someone else tells me my prescriptions have been ready for a couple hours. Pretty annoying. Then the last time I went to fill my prescription, they tell me they are out of my prescription, and don’t know when they’ll get it … Then just looked at me with a dead stare. Seriously wtf?! Walgreens won’t be getting my business anymore, I went to them for years, and after my last few experiences I’m over it.

I would like to file a warning to any person trying to fill a prescription with this Walgreens. Unless you like to be treated as a criminal, go somewhere else! I’ve been getting the same scripts filled here from the day they opened their doors, by the same doctor, etc… Nothing has changed in about 5 years or so, nothing! Not the meds, qty, dose, etc… Yet out of no where they now need to verify and it could take up to 48 hours and a bunch of other bs. I caught the head pharmacist, Marie St Clair in 3 total lies when speaking with her. I hope this store goes out of business. I will never return here again…

I DONOTWANTTOEVENGIVEANYSTARS… This is the worst Walgreen’s in Las Vegas!!! The staff is completely rude. The head pharmacist actually told me to doctor shop other physicians. The male head pharmacist thinks because doctorate in pharmaceuticals that he could obtain my private medical records without a signed release form. THAT’S COMPLETELYILLEGAL. SODONOTLETTHEMBULLYYOUINTOGIVINGOUTYOURPRIVATEMEDICALRECORDS. They are just pharmacists and that does not equate to years of medical school. I will never go back there, he threatened and violated my rights. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to any one else. DONOTGOTHEREUNLESSYOUWANTTOBEINSULTED, VIOLATEDANDTHREATENED.

Ok Walgreens. Better than the on on Tropicana and Rainbow. Pretty easy layout in the store. Prices are reasonable and the staff was OK. Nothing great but certainly not bad either. Certai ly better than the devil. Oh my bad, Walmart!

This is the closest Walgreens to us and since we visit this location frequently, the staff recognizes us and even calls my husband by name. Redbox located outside. Ads are inside the store so if you forget your coupon, they’re readily available for you to use right at the entrance.
