My practice is a full-​service immigration law firm. We are fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish. We represent individual, family and corporate clients in all areas of immigration law. Each client, large or small, receives the same commitment to excellence and highest level of professional service. We specialize in family immigration matters (immigrant petitions, fiancé (e) petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing. We zealously represent clients in Immigration Court (asylum-​based cases, cancellation of removal, criminal aliens). Also, we handle BIA and 9^th Circuit appeals. In addition, we handle business immigration matters (H-​1B, TN, O, P, L-​1 nonimmigrant visas; foreign labor certification; EB-​1, EB-​2 and EB-​3 immigrant petitions). We will represent clients in any state and appear in any Immigration Court in the United States.

As an immigrant, I have first-​hand knowledge and experience with U.S. immigration laws and procedures. I am a member of the Oregon State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). I graduated from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and from Taras Shevchenko University of Kiev in Kiev, Ukraine.
