We experienced Happy Hour at the Vista Grille at Palm Valley Golf Course in Sun City Summerlin. The restaurant has a nice view of the golf course and also an outdoor patio. Our server was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu and the special which was all you can eat fish dinner. The dining room and bar were doing a brisk business. It appeared the crowd was locals and were there for the fish special.
The restaurant had one server and a bartender. They could have used more help. The bar person helped deliver the food to the tables.
The Happy Hour menu is very limited it had only 4 items from which to choose. The wine, beer and food items are reasonably priced. The bruschetta and the cheese quesadilla were appetizer size and tasty. The BLT which is on the regular menu comes with fries and was a good size sandwich.
