Jenny was awesome, I can tell she is a hard working person but other staffs… I am not sure. :) Last time I came to this place was 2012. I have been disappeared from this place and I decided to give it a shot once again after 3 years. Many others negative reviews about this place are pretty legit. But today I have got pretty lucky. The place was nice and clean but sometime could get crowded. The fact that majority of their customers are Asian family and normally when Asian come to see doctor… their whole family pretty much showed up. My suggestion for this place that they have only about 4 – 5 seatings for waiting area could be a problem unless all relatives gladly sit on each other’s laps. Dr. Chris Campana was my doctor today. He was really nice, polite and caring. I was one very easy patient because my prescription remained the same. At one point when the store got so crowded Dr. Campana took initiative to told each patient that someone will be with them. In my life time at doctor’s office I hardly see any doctor did that! So… Thank you! Dr. Campana. I ended up going with Jenny recommendation. The Bio True contact lenses with a great deal when ordering a year supply with instant rebate and mail in rebate. Fantastic place and they speak multiple languages absolutely a plus!

WORSTCUSTORSERVICEEVER. I’ve been here before and I usually went with my family and had no real problems until recently(this is more than a few years). I come in without an appointment to see if I can schedule an eye exam(vision feels a little off). I went inside and saw it was a little busy, okay no big deal I’ll just go ahead and wait for a bit. Over 40 minutes later while listening to bohemian rhapsody and there was still no one that approached me or asked me what my visit was for. Only once did they talk to me and that was because they asked if I was someone else. I replied no and then they just looked at me with a face that showed not one speck of curiosity of why I’m there. This is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. Not once after that did they bother to even look my way or apologize for anything. I didn’t even bother to tell them off and cause a ruckus for those who were here so I just got up and left. It’s about 5:43 now and everywhere else is closed, so I’ll find a new place to go since this place obviously doesn’t care about returning clients or people they don’t know personally. −10÷10 would not come back, ever.

The worse customer service experience I’ve ever had! I ordered my glasses and was told it would take one week, one week later they say it’s going to take another week. Two weeks later, no glasses! I come in 3 weeks later and they lend me a loaner, on the paper I signed, it says«still need to order glasses». REALLY?! So I wait another week, no glasses! 6 weeks go by and I demand a refund, they insist the glasses are coming in so I wait once again. 7 weeks later, I receive a call and I go in to get my glasses, guess what I get? The wrong pair and the wrong size! I demand a refund and was told that they did not bill my insurance, what a lie! They keep the money and I’m gonna be out of town tomorrow, unable to get a pair of glasses. I call to ask if I could use the loaner pair until the insurance refund clears, they said they’d call me back, guess what? Yup, no call back! Not one apology during this entire ordeal! Horrible customer service and very unorganized! Don’t waste your time here! At least apologize for all your mistakes!!!

THISISTHEONLYONEGREATGREATDOCTOR I EVERSEEINLASVEGAS!!! From stuff to doctor, they are all perfect, profession, useful, helpful and so wonderful + their services are the best ever, too! Richard is able to explain everything in both Chinese and English, and so does Dr. Long Kevin Diep. He is very humorous and being patient :) By the end, the paper works are organized!
