If I could give the manager 0 I would. He was rude. Flat out called me a liar. My son and I went in because the drone we bought there, flew away. I was just trying to find out what to do. He said«that never happened, I’ve never heard of that before.» I said so you just sell crap, that you know nothing about?” He said«we do not sell s! x+» I said well your no help can I speak with the manager, he informed me he was the manager, no name tag mind you. So I turned and started to walk out, he said something in Spanish, that’s when I said so if I were Mexican you’d help me? He then told me I was not to come back to his store again. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for more years then I can remember, and this little man treats me like this? No worries I will just continue to take my business to the Green Valley store where they treat everyone with respect and curtisy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They took advantage of my dad. First we went in to activate a phone we just bought since he lost his. They told us he could upgrade for«$ 150» and said they could save us $ 20 a month on a plan. Then they gave him accessories for«free». He was concerned about the deal. We went to a Corp Verizon store to find out they charged us an extra $ 99.99. We had no idea why. He went back to the store the next day. They tried to say he was paying for the accessories which we were told were free. Then they made him pay for all the accessories and paid him the difference. I called there corporate office. They had a manager contact me. After I explained, he said he would give him the 99 fee back. We just left, I looked at his receipt, they did not credit him for all the fees! They still kept $ 25! That means they stole from a senior citizen!(I should have looked at the receipt before we left). Don’t trust this store.

The customer service here was the most unpleasant customer service I’ve experienced in my 10+ years of dealing with representatives of Verizon. Typically I brag about how good Verizon’s customer service representatives are, unfortunately that is not the case in this situation. The general manager told me that she would not honor my early upgrade that the phone representative states I had on my account, even after speaking with the phone rep whom stated that I had an early upgrade option the general manager declined it. You would think after 10+ years and 5 lines on our account, the customer service would be more then inviting apparently that is not the case for this location. After this interaction, we are now looking into other providers.

Went there to change my plan and spoke to two different persons there both ladies. Both of them told me my next bill would be 240 flat. I check my bill and now they’re charging me 365 fees for proration. No one here ever told me that. I go back and ask them why no one told me that and there like regardless even if we didn’t tell u that u r responsible for that… I went several times to confirm about the prices and no one ever bothered to tell me that additional fees would be charged. We have been a customer from Verizon for almost 10 years and now I’m really thinking about changing my company. Really disappointed in the lack of communication from both this store and Verizon
